Hotel Queen Palace

Very very poor hotel, they'll tell you come on price decided on call and when u reach there they'll ask you to pay more. They said charge is us 3k per night but when we reached there they asked 3.5k Room was fine but 0 service and, the room was filled with mosquitos. Could not sleep the whole night. Don't fall for good pics. We were doing bike ride hence couldn't go looking for other hotels.

They agreed for 4700 for two room. We paid 5000 and they said there is no change and will give remaining 300 later. Next day at the time of check out they saying 5000 is the rent and refused to pay 300. What a people. Don't trust them.

We stayed in this hotel for two days (23rd and 24rth Dec 2024) and checked out today (25th Dec 2024). Hotel was good, OK and decent.. We directly searched hotel through the google maps. There were only 4 rooms left when we went there in search of a room.. I feel the price of the room is little high - in comparison of the Hotel Room structure and space (INR 3000/- rs).. There is no food service and restaurant in the hotel, not even plates. I feel room needs to be maintained properly, especially washrooms. They are NOT bad or unhygienic; I meant is - they seem to be OLD, so should be properly renovated and maintained properly..in accordance with the price of the room. They give free water-bottles for drinking water as much as you want. We need to go to nearby hotels outside for food. Temple is approx 2kms distance from the Hotel and you can easily get the auto from outside the hotel. Hospitality and Service was Good. Ample amount of dedicated parking available for the two-wheelers and four-wheeler vehicles. Would recommend this Hotel, but just keep above points and information noted - in case if you are planning to stay here..

A very basic hotel with almost no amenities. Don't go by the pictures shown, hotel actual condition is much worse and dirty. Rooms are very basic and had a problem with bathroom. Common bathroom at reception is at much worst. The hotel is understaffed. I would suggest to avoid this one. An overpriced hotel with nothing much to offer to customers

The room was not well maintained, linens were dirty and full of dust and sand, no service also not value for money

Got in here with my family of 4 members for 2 nights for sightseeing on 25th to 27th but it was A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The location of hotel is a km away from the core city which makes the area peaceful from the city rush, but a bit far away from the temple. The facilities were decent. The room was very spacious but the the cons are: AC not working properly in few rooms (as I even checked other rooms for propertly working AC) which is a major concern because of difficulty in bearing humidity of the area. When told about it to the manager, he was shouting at us, which was a very unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour. He was very rude towards us when told about the problems. THE MANAGER WAS SHOUTING TO COMPLAIN TO WHOMSOEVER WE WANT. HE WAS TELLING TO COMPLAIN IN THE APP AND DO WHATEVER WE WANTED TO DO, HE WON'T RETURN THE MONEY AS THE APP IS COMPLETELY CONCERNED WITH PAYMENTS. HE WAS SHOUTING THAT IF WE WANT TO STAY WE CAN STAY OR WE CAN LEAVE. I DON'T THINK SO THE STAFF IS EVEN CONCERNED ABOUT FIXING THE ISSUES. INSPITE OF HAVING MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT AC AND WATER LEAKAGE IN THE REVIEWS, THEY DONT SEEM TO FIX THEM. Other problem was the leaking tap and overpricing of rooms. Also no restaurant in the hotel. You need to go atleast some distance towards city to find good food Toiletries were provided and the bedsheets were clean The only reason to give 2 stars is because the rooms were clean and spacious. AVOID THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT A RESPECTFUL HOSPITALITY. Now I want to see how the they are gonna defend themselves in the reply of the review . I won't be surprised even if they lie about anything in the reply of this review to defend themselves.

Budget low quality rooms provided at an expensive luxury room's price. I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. I was provided room 102 which was not having a properly functional AC. The AC didn't have any fan control and blasted smelly air at full speed no matter what speed you set on the remote. The plastic bar for using the swing features was fully missing. Due to the AC blasting cold and smelly air straight onto the faces of people sleeping on the bed, we could not use the AC all night. We tried to use the fan instead, but that too was working only at full speed. So we had to open the windows and sleep with a million mosquitoes in the room on a hot night without a fan or AC after spending nearly Rs. 3k on the room. The bathroom too was quite old and not very clean with leaky taps. The staff did not seem to care much about the customer. There is no restaurant at this place and if you want a good quality restaurant which is near the temple you would have to spend additional Rs. 200 on taking an auto to-and-from the hotel as there is no parking anywhere near the temple. Never would I recommend this place.
