HOTEL MKR RESIDENCY

Good: We arrived 1.5 hr early from check in time and they provided room and didn't ask to check out before standard time. Location was good. Outside food is allowed. Water purifier is available. Bad: The room was same as picture, but the water heater was not working early in morning and staff refused to provide warm water and asked to adjust. Bed was broken from side that could give a sudden injury. Also, water was dripping from AC.

It was nice experience for us. I called the number from google and booked 2 rooms and paid advance of 800Rs. Then on the same day evening we checked in and paid the remaining amount of 2000. We are family of 4 adults and 3kids. all went well. Must try if you are looking for small room with decent price.

Disappointing Experience - Poor Cleanliness and Unprofessional Staff Behavior Me and friends had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Here's what happened: We booked two rooms well in advance, two weeks prior to our stay. Upon arrival at the hotel at 1:30 PM, the staff informed us that only one room was ready, and the second room would be available by 3 PM. Although this was inconvenient, we agreed and went to explore Dhanushkodi. When we returned to the hotel at 6:30 PM, we were shocked to find that the second room was still not ready. Despite our repeated requests, we were made to wait until 8 PM to get the second room. The hotel staff was extremely unprofessional and rude in their behavior. They showed no concern for the inconvenience they caused us and did not apologize for the delay. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness was far below expectations. The rooms and common areas were poorly maintained, which added to our frustration. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and the attitude of the hotel staff made it worse. I strongly advise others to avoid this property.

the condition of room is worse, when we arrived the room and bathroom was not even cleaned. they used bedsheet form used laundry basket to make the bed. when we complained about this , they refused to change the bedsheet. and the staff was rude and no service was provided. the room was booked by us from 12-4-25 to 14-4-25. we had to change hotel at night due to lack of cleanliness and service. NB: there is no parking space

Very worst, We booked the hostel 2 days befor through Make my trip. And reached the hostel on booked date. But hotel denied and Bush to book some other hotel in high cost. But the time is 10 PM what should we do. So don't booked MKR Residency in rameshwaram. We faced bad experience. We give zero rading.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever! I wish I could give this hotel zero stars! They claim that all negative reviews are fake, but trust me, they are not. I booked two rooms for my family and friends, and when I informed them we'd arrive by noon, I expected better service. We showed up at 1:30 PM, and only one room was ready. They told us the second room would be ready by 3 PM, so we decided to explore Dhanushkodi. Upon our return at 6:30 PM, we found that the second room still wasn't ready! After waiting for hours, we finally got the room at 8 PM, but what a disappointment it was! The room was poorly maintained, with a broken bathroom and closet. To top it off, the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. The entire experience was a nightmare. Save your money and find somewhere else to stay!

Best price room are neat and clean soap water bottle shampoo towel all items issued near in west gate for. Main temple just walking in only 5 minutes I am recommend in other guest

I had in advance booked the room looking at the raitings, but i was proved wrong. Bathroom was terrible, flush not working, also weird smell coming in room. There is no ventilation for the rooms. But other than that, the Supervisor or receptionist Manikandas aka Mani was not cooperative at all. I would advice you all to look for other options as this is also far from the temple apart from the terrible service.
