MKD RESIDENCY

Rooms are big and roomy but doesn't provide any views obviously. Room service was not that great and it doesn't have an intercom, strangely. You need to ask everything while checking in or you need to call them up in your phone to get any service. An okay experience.

The room is neat, but the management needs to ensure it is free of mosquitoes. Additionally, the bed is too hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Clean stay, open even at 3AM in the morning. Budget friendly. AC, TV, Lounge space, hot water all amenities available at low price at Ramnathapuram. Good customer Friendly employees and service.

Why do they tend to ask so many questions. They should not ask about the purpose of stay - why do they need this kind of information. Not recommended to stay as they charge 2000 for the A.C rooms. 1. Not working wifi 2. Tv is unusable 3. Lack of towels 4. No water bottles given 5. Cheap behaviour of the receptionist

Booked this hotel as i had no other major options. Located at the back side of the new bus stand (Ramanathapuram). Charged 1350/- for double bed room Non-AC, though i was a solo traveller. Quite Walkable from railway station too. Room was good, clean and spacious too. Hot water was available. Amenties were provided (Soap, Oil, Shampoo and Towel) without asking. Card Payment accepted. Check-in and Check-out was easy. (Knocked them at early morning 3.30 A.M). Lift facility available. Recommend to use phone booking in advance if visiting during festival times. The only drawback/negative which i faced was the amount charged. Advance Booking not allowed for Single Room, hence i had no option and had to go for double room. Price could have been reduced for double room Non-AC since i was travelling single. 3 stars for the price. Will recommend for family members as they can feel comfortable and secure here.

Very near to bus stand. Good and hygienic rooms. Friendly staff and prompt service. Nice place to stay for family and friends... Rates are reasonable and at par with nearby hotels...

Bath room health wash repair. Toilet continuously leak. Dressing table light not working. Bed sheets were not changed in my stay of three days. Staff are arrogant. Billing all confusion. My 3staffs stayed there for 5 days. For them also same sad conditions.
