Rathna Square

Very worst management I stayed here with family and paid 2600 for AC but access card to room not handed over to me we slept all night without a lock when complained simply they said Manger is on leave .Privacy at risk if u stay here.no room service if u ask to clean they will say once a day only. and hot water u won't get throughout the day.they informed theyr are short of workers is that the customer problem. Worst staying in room with our privacy at risk.with a quality room and location but if service is poor won't go again and recommend to others.

Room was good. Good service. Affordable price. Family hotel.every minute cleaning. Good hospitality

It was ok only but some ac was giving bad smell and i didn't like the bathroom but I swear if u see for a good budget friendly but if they not give the hotel for some rowdy then it will be nice and ac remote was not there

Had a one night stay here. Wer were allocated to room 207. The bathroom flush were leaky and water were spreading on the whole floor. The wifi is non existing. Tv has no channels. They changed our room to 1st floor after complaining about bathroom and wifi. The new room was ok for bathroom. Wifi still same non existant.

Service was not upto the expectation and price. The person at the reception was not kind enough to the customer. There was a frequent disruption in the electricity connection in one of the rooms. Hot water was not available even at the morning. Towels were dirty. Rooms are clean and okey.

Good for the accessibility. Lift always under maintenance. You have use the staircase for three floor. For drinking water, they recommend you to fill out your water bottle with RO.

Stayed here on d way to vaalparai. Feel comfort. Best for family. All shopping nearby and walkable distance. Value for money

Stayed in this property and it was such a nice experience. The place is neat n clean. The staff are very amicable n helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to friends who will visit Pollachi
