STAY AWAY. Dirtiest lodge hotel ever seen. The room is not clean. Dusty. Broken bath commode. No hot water. Bath water not draining. Bed, pillow covers may be changed years back. Worried i may get sick if I directly sleep on them. Requested for fresh blankets... The receptionist is very rude and says the room is cleaned everyday. No more clothes. As i already paid without checking the rooms as it was about 3 30 am, i had no way to find another hotel or negotiate a refund. I am new to this place and language problems. So I adjusted putting my own towel on the pillow.. And managed to sleep for a couple of hours. Went out in the morning and came in about 9 pm. Receptionist is asking to pay for the next day. He is coming up with different arguments. Most of the hotel is vacant. That is an indication of the hotel reputation. He is saying to vacate now itself, if you don't like. I strongly don't recommend such lodges. You will lose the purpose of your trip and also mental peace. Search for better ones. But definitely not this.

It is a useless one, absolutely these people are not fit to run the hotel. Public bathrooms are better than this. They may ask how much per kg of customer support. There is no lock in the room, broken mirror, toilet flush not working, tabs are leaking, very arrogant reception person, no lift for second or third floor access.Nothing can be appreciated better not to visit this place

Worst Service I have ever seen. The Manager/Reception person don't know how to talk, if you say clean the room, he will say leave the lodge, if you say when laundry will come, he will say leave the lodge with very very RUDE manner. For 2 days, not a single day they cleaned the room. The bedsheets and pillow covers are like not washed since a year. So had to purchase new to use otherwise I could get lot of disease. Strongly recommend NOT TO STAY here. If you are bachelor and clearness doesn't matter, go for it.

Rooms are clean. But there is no proper room service. AC and TV are there but it's not working at all. Parking is not available Cars and Bikes we have to park in front of the hotel. It's like fully congested , in the early morning we can't take our bikes out of it. The receptionist is following up for room booking is good but the same person is getting forgotten which room to give which person. Once we get into the room he has to provide the extra beds but not provided on time if we ask at late night he is shouting at customers. Mainly in the morning hot water is not coming properly, if we ask in reception they are simply saying it's centralised solar it will come wait how much time we need to wait. Many rooms were available in the hotel, A/C Room Charge is 1500rs (3person) Non-A/C Room (Small) - 1000rs (3person) Non-A/C Room (Big) - 1500rs (5persons) Overall the stay is very average mainly because of customer service and the facilities. @Owner - First arrange a proper room service person for the hotel. The same reception guy only does all the tasks.

Lot of improvements needed. 1. Room cleaning not there 2. No room service 3. Door doesn't lock from outside. 4. Hot water is not an option 5. TV is just for namesake.

Very worst service, we stayed here for last 2 days. Initially by seeing the room look we came here and as I said the room was neat and clean but the only problem is there is a huge water problem in this lodge. Both the days we faced NO water in the morning, no proper response from the receptionist too. They simply say wait for 9AM until the plumber comes, very worst water problem here so pls don't prefer this lodge when you come with family, After a long fight they gave water can but I don't understand how this will be sufficient, As we came bachelors we adjusted somehow.
