Very bad service. No water supply in rooms . Very bad experience

Bit expensive room,clean but beds were not comfortable to sleep. Parking is bit issue.

Hello, I spend three days in this residency for attending a function on near JK hall, i just shortlisted things down Satisfied things Reception staff, a well good hardworking person with good manners and some other women staffs Near to road Nice view from each windows Not Satisfied Bad in room service Not an attractive entrance ( not well cleaned or maintained No security in parking or building Salty water Drinking water facility is not clean, the dispenser are cleaned for long Unclean bathrooms and waste baskets High cost compare to same facility hotels

There is no zero star option that's the reason for 1 star, unclean rooms, toilet flush we're not working Discussing place, not recommend

It was an unpleasant stay as they gave us a room which doesn't have proper toilet flush, stringency. This town may not have much options for stay however they have to ensure basic amenities for their guest for what they charge!!

Very worst service don't stay for even single day also

We feel Poor water flow in third floor Parking space is not enough Foods in restaurant was delicious and yummy Hospitality in restaurant was very good Tv Remote in rooms are not working properly...its broken. It has lift facility & also wheel chair access. There is No Complimentary breakfast.

Recently opened property without finishing the interior works like flooring, fixing of cupboards etc. Even the water tank in toilet is not working.|No proper maintenance done as the old used towel was kept.||No dining facility but the complimentary breakfast is brought from outside. ||Broken cups kept and no kettle provided though these are said to be part of any room declared in the online travel booking.||Despite the above shortcomings, room tariff is on higher side.
