Do not trust this hotel with any bookings. Booked 3 rooms in this hotel for one night via agoda. There was a comfirmation from Agoda on our booking. However an hour before we reach the hotel when we called them, we were informed that our rooms are released because we did not answer their call. And there are no more rooms available. We did not even receive any calls from them. Staff were also not helpful. We were starnded with no accommodations for the night

Business class hotel rooms excellent, complementary breakfast as in star hotels. Pleasant stay

It is for arputha bhavan ... Not Shiva towers rooms..

We had a booking through Agoda and there was a confirmation from Agoda as well...the hotel says they don't take on line booking and refused us rooms when we were already there at night with elderly and children ..our booking and confirmation documents did not mean anything to them..had to travel another 2 hours at night to find another hotel.. Never trust this hotel again.

Good in service and taste aswell.
