Highly Overrated Hotel.. I'm a regular customer.. The waiter are rude and irresponsible. One day I bought a dosa, its size is half of the actual dosa size in that hotel. I asked about it., They replied " Today is sunday, there is a crowd., So Dosa batter is want for all". I'm shocked by this stupid answer.. But Price is same but quantity is half than as usual.. In rainy season, there is a insect in all foods.. but They never respond about that. Simply, Over over Rated in pattukottai

"Yesterday 3.30pm I visited this restaurant at the AC Room Service Centre, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The supplier was extremely rude and unprofessional in their behavior. This was not the first time I encountered this issue--it has happened on several occasions in the past. Despite raising a complaint with the supervisor yesterday, it seems no serious action has been taken against this individual. Such behavior is unacceptable in a service-oriented industry, and the management needs to address this issue urgently. I strongly feel that the supplier's behavior deserves disciplinary action or termination, as it is affecting the overall experience for customers. Until proper action is taken, I would recommend people avoid visiting this place. It's high time the management steps up and ensures that customer service is prioritized."

Very very worst hotel . Smelly rooms.. its suffacating with rotten smelk. Curtains are dirt and smelly. Toilet seats are wet and spilled with water. Some one used just beforr, they didnt clean that. Doors and beds are having dirt mark. Reception and their attidute is worst. Poor management, poor housekeeping and facilities! Very very pathetic and frustrated.

Stayed here few years before initially spoked and booked ac room by informing them many days before but while check in they told only non ac room available.whenever calling they are not answering properly they are telling no vacancy most of the times..and they are not telling other available dates.

Worst service ever. The server doesn't know what customer service is at all. Disgusting behavior. I'll never visit this place ever. Food is also not good. Better teach the servers how to behave with customers

Food taste is good but price is too high And most irritating thing is service people first ask tips to serve food, even we not wash our hand after food they ask tips....

I reached here around 10 pm and inquired at the reception. They charged 2200 for a standard AC room. The hotel is neat and clean, with a pure vegetarian restaurant on the ground floor that closes at 10:30 pm. The room service is good; when we paid for our food, they bought it for us and returned the correct change without asking for tips. However, the staff at the ground floor restaurant did not serve properly and forcefully asked for tips. Despite this, it was a peaceful and calm stay, with parking available on the building side. Another impressive aspect was that unlike city hotels with a check-in time from 12 pm to 12 pm, they allowed us a full 24-hour stay from the time we checked in, which was quite impressive.

Fairy well maintained. Prime location. Worth for the money paid. Staff are cooperative.
