SSS A ROYAL AC ROOMS

Never trust these guys & room's. Not worthy.overpriced for those poor room's,Poor services. Room's are totaly uncleaned and unhygienic. They are providing towels, bedsheets used by other's. We can see the dirt's and other impurities in it which is totaly disgusting. During our stay we found several guest complaining and those staffs rude behaviour towards them. Any thanks for the lesson.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed. We booked 3 Ac rooms for 1.5 days and they charged 10,000 rs.1000 rs is pre booking charge they will tell this extra booking charge only after we reach the location. We have to pay extra charge for the cleaning staff. The rooms were very dirty. The bedsheets are dirty the floors in the room and bathrooms are dirty. As agreed we didn't get any towel, soap , shampoo, mineral water anything in the room. The Ac is not working in most of the rooms. At day time both hot water and cold water taps have hot water only it's very difficult for us to use the water in day time. Power goes off multiple times a day the generator is complaint. They said it is new building just built nearly 2 months but the receptionist said nearly 7 months after construction but the amenities looks like 7 years used. Very bad Only good thing is temple is at walkable distance but if you hire an auto they charge 100 RS
