Pros: Neat, spacious and clean room with instant heater for hot water. Ample car parking space. Very near to Winch Station. Cons: AC not adequate. No restaurant in the hotel. But available in walking distance.

I stayed one day 11-12-2024 here. Rooms are clean and good. But electricity is poor. During night electricity gone and come many times and they don't have a UPS or backup power. One time around 3 AM power gone, and came back morning 8 AM. I was with my family and the entire night we couldn't sleep. Kids were sweating because of no AC or no fan I prefer if you want to sleep well, don't choose this hotel they don't have a power backup. The management should understand that the main reason for booking a hotel not to change dress or a bath. We paid 3000 Rupees for rooms because of its location and rooms facilities. But entire expectations lost. I ask the manager to return my amount and he refused to pay.

We stayed here for a day. The place is close to the winch station but we did not use the winch and used the ropeway as we found it less crowded. The ropeway can be reached from here by car or you could walk to the winch station and catch a free electric buggy that shuttles between these places. The wifi was bad though. The rooms were clean. There is no restaurant nearby but they have a delivery boy whom you can place an order and would get it for you. We always went to the restaurant sree lakshmi bhawan by driving our car which was on the way to the ropeway station. The parking is spacious. Digital payments were all accepted but they charge extra for payment through the card.

The location is conveniently close to Palani train station, making it a great choice for those planning to climb the hill via train. Some rooms also offer a view of the temple, adding to the experience.

Rooms are good and neat and bathrooms are good. Only negative is normal deluxe AC room is so compact and seems pricy. I had paid 2800 for such a small room. Place was very easy access to the temple by 500m walk.
