OYO Pothini Palace

It is better to take a bed sheet and sleep in the streets for a comfortable stay.It was totally disappointing. I have booked rooms through oyo for more than Rs. 2000 and the rooms and responce, attitude of the staff everything was confusing.So please avoid these type headache hotels, only if you are looking for peaceful stays and value for money.The Oyo also have equal responsibility for beeing this type rubbish service provider.

Very very very worst experience. Rooms are very unhygienic. Given very old and dirty blanket. Dirty washroom. Fan also not working. Lot of mosquitos unable to sleep waste of money. Paid lot for this room. Please don't book this room

Worst Experience for pothini palace lodge in Palani. W***a I'm booking online in one room 2 guest I have paid through online. Na direct ah anga poi check in panna pothu anga irundhu reception man very worst behaviour to talking to me. He told online booking not allowed so you can cancel your booking. Because OYO la irundhu engaluku money varuthu so nanga online booking allow panna mattom solran... And Oyo terms and conditions la booking time la cancel panna money varuthu nu potrukan.. nanum anga irundha reception man kitta sonna but athuku Avan kudutha reply nanga onnum panna mudiyathu.... So pls don't go to the ledge. This is my worst experience. Stay alert makkale. And room cleaning very worst toilet also very very very worst...

Froud employees & lodge owner. During booking they will ask extra money & tell us that while vacating they will give it back. But while vacating they will not give it back & say some unwanted reasons. Like this, they are cheating each & every customers. So please don't book this lodge.

Worst experience ever.... average room with higher price..they will cut off the a/c sometimes.. We took 2 rooms ..one was 4 bed and another was double...they gave a broken bed and adjusted with bricks under...double bed was small and the mattress were so hard and body felt so pain full after sleeping...worst service...also the bathroom was utter waste..... washbasin pipeline is just putting inside the bathroom..so the waste water will not go out..

Very very average rooms Some rooms had no heater Some rooms had Indian type toilet They charged 1300 Rs for non - ac two bed Water stopped morning itself Could not bath properly Pillows, bed were in pathetic condition Pillows torn & very old Floors totally unclean Dustbin dirty No soap in bathroom Towel rod Handle broken in bathroom Overall for keeping your bags & found out it's ok Treat the rooms like a big locker for keeping your luggage and using restrooms But Toilets were clean Hopefully they will improve in future Cupboards were fully dusty & not cleaned for ages it seems.

Rooms and every this is good night staff is good and polite . when my checkout time there is a staff he is asking for money for there service and he cut few amount from our advance.

Oyo Pothini Palace is located on Palani bus terminal to Palani Rope car station road. The staffs are very polite and helpful
