Very good service rendered by staff. In Reception they guided me in a good manner with humanity. Car Parking. Very good Restaurant with tasty food. Morning 7.00 to 11.30 Breakfast available. Lunch 11.30 to 3.00pm available. Women are also serving in the Restaurant. All the serving members are neatly uniformed and their behaviour is very kind with a smile. Salutations to the Management and the Owner.

Worst room, dusty, bad smell, AC not working. Middle of night fan not working. Pay extra to cleaning, parking. Stayed on 23-feb-2025. Arrogant staff not even concerned about fan working condition before providing the room. Middle of night changed the room with small baby in hand.

Rooms very spacious with clean bathrooms. Hot water available. Service was very good. Food too was good. On our request they neatly packed dinner for us for train too.

We had a great experience in this hotel. Great location- walkable to Thiru Aavinankudi where we start climbing the steps to palani. Our Room was very clean though the hotel has been in existence for several decades. Our family has been historically staying here whenever they visit palani. A dressing area is attached to bathroom. A spacious balcony area is present with chair. The view from our room was amazing. There is also a separate Dining area in the main room. They had provided 4 towels + 2 water bottles + 4 soaps. We were 4 people during this stay. This was very considerate of them. All through the stay, the service people were very courteous and attentive. Restaurant being on the ground floor is very convenient. Their food is also good and affordable.

Never try this hotel. It was good. But nowadays ...NO. Had bitter experiences. Underrated staff, poor cleanliness, worst courtesy. Some staff think that they are giving free annadanam to beggars. Cleanliness - worst, behaviour - worst, food - below average.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. NEVER LOOK AT THE OWNER FACE IT WILL BE A DISAPPOINTMENT BUT THE SERVICE OF STAFFS ARE EXTREMELY GOOD AND THEY TREAT US VERY GOOD. ROOMS ARE ALSO VERY NEAT AND CLEAN ALSO LESS EXPENSIVE. I TOOK AC ROOM AND PERIYASWAMY WAS THE GUY WHO TAKE CARE OF US ON THAT FLOOR.
