Hotel Sownthariyam

Staff unfriendly. Lady at the reception was v rude, when she came to check the health faucet. Bed sheets were not washed. Looks like someone had already used it. Cupboards not clean AC remote not working. Bathroom definitely not v clean. Health faucet not able to use, v tight.

Good size rooms. Have ample of parking In room supplies like towels could have been better. The rooms are less ventilated once AC is on them it's fine The hotels walls may need some renovation on the interiors like paint and bathroom

Good parking space. Only regret, lifts are not there. But rooms are available in ground floor for those who cannot climb. Excellent veg restaurant in front. Very near to Railway station and bus stand

This is a very good place for stay especially ideal for families. Located in the heart of the city and at affordable rates. Rooms are very spacious with ample parking and washrooms are maintained in hygiene manner.

I like this hotel. Kindly provide lift service and Hot water for bathing. No geyser in bathroom.

Need to improve the service to meet the star rating. Hot water supply has limited timing. Cleanliness to be improved w.r.t. washing of towel and bedspreads.
