Hotel Selvam Imperial

Very lethargic behaviour from management side.We ask bedsheet for about 2 to 3 times they gave on 10 o clk only.. bathroom is really very very bad ..but room are very pricey..for that price these rooms are very unworthy..

Worst service , called and booked room but when arrived there was no room and we had stay at road with family because of their incompetentence , money minded douches ,dnt book room here

I strongly recommend not to go for this lodge please. One of the worst rooms I have ever stayed. Staffs behaviour was arrogant, rude and not co operative. Ladies staying is not safe here. Hotel management is least bothered around the customers. I give zero stars for this hotel.

Very worst reply ,if u want to book room , they will not say the price and at last they will charge more , if u call a ask they will reply very badly , this is not fit for a hotel . This is a scam Very worst reply

I wish I could give no stars. The hygiene issues with room and bathroom, bathroom seems never cleaned properly and very dirty. I suspect they never washed the bedsheet using same from ages. No bathroom suppliments provided and behaviour of staff were very arrogant. I would recommend other hotels near which we saw later but check urself before paying/ booking the rooms.

Clean room. Nice location. Clam and quiet place. Parking available. Price is a bit high, but you can sleep well without any disturbing sounds. Walkable distance to temple

Customer interaction and management behaviour very worst..... customer satisfaction is zero. If we enter inside for a enquiry they are forcing us to take room or else using very unacceptable words.. very bad experience received just by entering inside.

Good room, rate adjustable. Neat and clear, parking good, safety and security, cctv, hot water, wifi, No restaurant near, small shops and good Kerala hotels_kuthari choru. I liked 8.4 Marks
