Rydham Hotel

One of the Worst hotels I have ever stayed. Also they are money minded and they didn't allow me to book the rooms online and they said like even if you book hotels online we won't accept. Rooms are also smells stinky...no exhaust fan in toilets. Ac doesn't work as expected. Tv also won't work properly. No wifi available. Next to the building they will have one cafe+tiffin center. Which is totally a worst one. They don't even have enough dosai batter and they will say "sir we don't have dosai available" after 2-3 ppl ate. Chapathi also old one and very hard and over cooked. They charge me nearly 4k per day which is totally not worthy. We can give 500-800 per day. Better to avoid this hotel

Room stay was good with hot water facility. The Staff were good. Complimentary Food in their restaurant was excellent

Located next to the GRT Residency Vasanth Nagar , Palanganattham Madurai. The staff are good but the rate is a little high. AC Room 24 hrs rent is 2500/- . Good stay.

I am writing this review after waited 4 weeks after my stay. I got a very bad experience in this hotel. I stayed there on 23 rd December 2023 and I forgot my dress to take from my wardrobe. As soon as I reached my home on 24 th December I called the hotel and hotel guy confirmed that they kept my belongings and will courier. From 24 the December to 7 th January I am calling daily there hotel and they are saying different reasons like they will check. Their GM will call u et etc. After so many follow ups I called go ibo my travel partner and lodged complaint about the hotel,surprise is that they also not did any single help about this matter. Now I am in a helpless situation not hotel not travel partner did help for a small matter like this. I wonder what tourism our country are promoting with this type of hotels and travel partners. What I learn is all this hotels and travel Partners they only care before their booking. They don't know how to give service. Guys request is don't ever book this hotel they are fraudd...

Require serious improvement. Not sure whether the complaint is only in the room we stayed in or in most of the rooms. The AC was not working properly. Room locks were not working. It was changed after our request. Bed bugs were found on the bed. With good maintenance it will be a better place to stay.

Excellent service and Ambience. Very clean rooms. Had a very nice stay. Close by to all the main attractions of the city. Definitely recommended.
