Amazing Stay with Excellent Service! My stay at this resort was exceptional. The staff provided outstanding customer service, always friendly and attentive. Check-in and check-out were seamless, making the experience hassle-free. The room was incredibly spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, offering complete comfort. The food was delicious, with plenty of great options to enjoy. Overall, a perfect getaway! I highly recommend this resort and would love to visit again.

We stayed two days here. The hotel is in perfect location, you can easily visit the famous tourist places by staying here. Staffs are very friendly, they helped us to plan our trip which helped us to save our time and fuel cost. They provide us a very neat and clean room with a balcony, the view of mountains and tea plantations was very beautiful. Hot water available 24 hrs. Food was excellent, they serve bed coffee/tea without asking. Our hearty thanks to team bestinn leisure for this wonderful experience. We will definitely visit again

I had an incredible stay at this unique tent-style accommodation! The location is absolutely breathtaking - I woke up to a mesmerizing view of mountains wrapped in clouds, lush tea plantations, and towering trees. Watching the sunrise from here was an unforgettable experience. The peaceful atmosphere and scenic beauty made it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. I stayed at the Vista suits ooty for a trip, and I was pleased with the overall experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for site scenes. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for good stay.

Amazing location and view from the hotel room and balcony. Very close to doddabetta. The hotel staff is very polite and accomodative. Francis, Sunil, beer Singh are few names that helped us with all requests. Room service is good. Restaurant food quality is something that should be improved. Breakfast is decent and plenty of room for making it better.

The location and property is pretty amazing. Near the city and from almost all the scenic locations. The food was pretty decent in taste but variety was missing. They repeated Idli all 3 days along with 2 more dishes. Leisure hotel is known for its hospitality but for this property there is a huge lack of service. If you call for something, you will have to wait for more than 1 hour and have to call 3-4 times for everything. We asked for hot water bucket due to no power, towel change, and a couple of more requests. They took over an hour for each request. Apart from that, everything was great. The hotel manager helped us in booking local cabs and tried to help us in every possible way.

We had a pleasant stay at vista suits, hospitality was good, all the staff especially Mr. Suresh. We got affordable and best stay with them with specious and tidy room . The taxi arranged by hotel was also worth mention, the driver Mr Suresh was helpful and friendly

We had booked this hotel when they were just establishing the business, it was a pleasant experience. Expecting the same we booked it again & it was not that great. We were allocated room no 306 initially which was really pathetic. Room was having leakage issues, bathroom had leakage & stinking issue, some flies in room & they charged us 4,954 (including breakfast) which was too high for that room. When we asked for a change of room they allocated room 107 by charging us 500 extra which had very basic facilities. TV was not working fine, wifi was slow. We felt not point in addressing the issue as they said no other rooms available. Somehow adjusted there & vacated the property. We could have got a really nice property at the price we paid ( Rs 5,454). Regretting our decision to book this property again. Note: There are better properties at Ooty in this price range.
