We recently stayed at The Byke Sunshine Grand Hotel, Ooty and were thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service and warm hospitality. The staff truly went the extra mile to make our stay pleasant and memorable. A special thanks to GM Ganesh for his excellent leadership, Front Desk Manager Sujith for his courteous and prompt assistance, and Chef Tararam for serving us delicious and well-prepared meals. The restaurant staff, especially Nanda, ensured we had a fantastic dining experience with their attentive service. The team's dedication to guest satisfaction and their friendly approach made our visit truly enjoyable. We highly recommend Byke Sunshine Hotel to anyone visiting Ooty. Looking forward to returning soon !

We had a wonderful 4 days stay at The Byke Sunshine Ooty. The overall experience was excellent... The stay was comfortable, and the property offered a beautiful view of the surroundings. The service was outstanding, with the staff being extremely polite and attentive. 24 Hrs hot water. Clean hygiene rooms. The food was delicious, and the best part was their flexibility--you could request dishes not listed on the menu, and they would happily prepare them. Everything was served on time, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Nandha Kumar for his exceptional service and hospitality. He ensured we had everything we needed and made our stay even more pleasant.

**It was a Nightmare staying here** What worse can happen when staying at hotel than loosing your valueables from Hotel room and this was planned by housekeeping person. Such a shame. So, this happened when firstly my father asked for water refill over reception and later a guy named Dinesh came to room 207 to refill and later he came back again in our room asking he needs to spray in our washroom because we have complained of bad odour. But in reality we never asked for it and he did it intentionally and asked my father to go out of room purposely with his intention to steal money from lady's purse which was my mom's purse. We figured this out later while we checked out next day morning in car as we had a stack of 100 for 50rs notes and from that stack 41 notes + 5 *500rs notes were missing. Now on contacting the hotel they checked the details in CCTV & found the guy Dinesh and asked him to confront directly to us. He also agreed later on the crime he has done & asked me to give 1 week time to return the money. I was also fine that if I get my compensation back I am good but now neither hotel or this guy is responding. I just feel how a hospitality can get this low keeping such cheap dacoits as housekeeping person. Just relieved that my mother had kept gold chains in some other trolley orelse this stay would have made big hole in my pocket. Please stay away from booking this hotel. The reviews you see are done forcefully by female receptionists asking deliberately to the guests to do it in front of them. The quality of this hotel & services are not at all justifiable according to the rates they are charging. The bedsheets, towels, room condition is not upto mark. The complementary breakfast is completely scam. They used to keep multiple items but you have to end up eating bread toast as with idly, sambhar will be worse or with parathas it will be half cooked, juices diluted with water. I had to manage everyday with just the bread butter toast. And the dining area is also not sufficient to handle even 60% guests at a time as I had to wait 15-20mins everyday to get dining table for 4 ppl. We were humiliated also once as for dinner we brought food from outside as We had observed that hygiene(most the chefs used to hv gutkha) is not followed here in the restaurant. Since the dining area was also empty & we had settled on the table to have our dinner but when asked for plates these guys rejected our request despite knowing my Dad was not aware of such hotel rules but no one gives you right to disrespect with such an act to completely ignore guest's request. We even asked them that just allow for this time & later we will have it outside. Still they were so arrogant with the hotel rules that they completely forget that there are exceptions as well for every rules. A big NO for this stay, it just overhyped & miskeaded with google reviews.

Suite room had cleanliness issues. It smelled pungent. Food was good. Location is good. Need to work on maintainence. Pigeon shit was there in main balcony of hotel. Needs cleaning and up the furniture maintenance.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with 2 rooms. Sadly, the overall experience was disappointing. Most of the staff, including the reception and restaurant team, were uncooperative. Every time we asked for something, the standard response was "not possible" or "not available"--even when we clearly saw the requested items were there. Breakfast was below average, and we ended up eating only fruits and toast with jam. The only positive experience was with Mr. Murarilal Sharma, the purchase manager, who genuinely tried to understand and solve our issues. Definitely not worth staying here again

It was very pleasant to stay at Byke Resort and your staff Satthiya priya was very kind helpful and nice person always with a beautiful smile on her face. Regarding Restaurant service of Nandha kumar and C.Ravi team very happy with the service. Young staff is very dedicated towards their duty carring and helpful. Happy to be at Byke Resort.

I visited this hotel with my wife for our Honeymoon trip and it was awesome. Our agent Flyfusion booked this awesome hotel for our stay at Ooty for 3N-4D. There Hospitality was so nice they provide good food and service. Staff is very much helpful and cooperative and Friendly. Must visit this hotel if you plan to visit Ooty.
