Nice location..! Location and outside property only available..! No cleanness in inside the room..! We found spiders in bathroom..! Good waste in sofa..! I shared that photo. They are not operating the properly in a proper way..! Activity area, Dinning Hall everything is there. Not maintained..! No food service No Room Service. Just like a lodge in a beautiful place..! We have order foods in Swiggy If management renovate entire system and food etc.. I will recommend

Pros: 1. Good Location 2. Delivery available (Swiggy) 3. Service was good Cons: 1. Property Not maintained at all 2. Bedsheets and blankets were not properly cleaned and had stains all over it 3. Rooms was not in a good shape at all, Lightings were poor. TV was not working , even the wooden floor had cracks Overall , they need to rework on the infra or at least clean the properties given to guests

No mirror in one of the room No working tv in all the rooms, just 1/3 rooms tv was working Too many plumbing issues across three rooms No basic necessities provided, we have to call all the time to ask for water/beddings/paste/shampoo/hand wash(provided with a hand soap when asked) No proper washroom equipment including sitting stool No wifi available in the room No food is available Had asked for a paid tea which is very costly and tasteless Rooms were not clean attaching the photo from floor within the bed All the furniture is having a crackling noise looks very old and cheap

No restaurants or any food places around its 4kms radius... so need to plan ahead for food... otherwise the place is really good with serene view...

I have stayed at Sabol holidays, some years back and then it was a well maintained and comparatively new establishment. Keeping that in mind i have booked here again, but the maintenance of the cottages have gone down, may be due to wear and tear over years. The cottages are very spacious with nice exteriors and you will get the resort feeling even now also. But the interiors could have been better maintained. Even at the current condition, it is better than many other resorts in Ooty for a peaceful family stay. I'll definitely stay here again for the ambience it provides. There is no restaurant or food available at the resort. But Swiggy/Zomato delivery is available here from the Ooty town.

Nice ambience, service is good. Food is not available in the resort. Swiggy and Zomato delivery is available for this location. It's so peaceful being placed at the outskirts and has good valley view. They have arranged camp fire too

Worst experience . It is an old facility without proper Maintenanace . Most of the facilities inside the property are damaged . Sanitory , plumbing , lighting , TV , doors , floors etc are damaged and terrible . There is no internet / WiFi facility . Water quality is very poor . They even cannot provide mineral water for drinking and a box of tissue paper . Over all it was hell . They don't have microwave oven and iron boxes to provide .

We visited this place recently. There is a bunglow named Hornbill which is very much haunted . Paranormal activities were noticed by us during the night and day time . Even when we were approaching to our bungalow we felt someone is following us but surprisingly there was no one at night . Strange sounds at night were observed from bathrooms.Kitchen oven and water kettle was automatically turned on at night .
