When we come ooty Always we stay here.very close to the city. Room was very neat and clean, good ambience, wonderful service. Food also very tasty. We fully satisfied with here. Thank you.

Wonderful experience Hotel manager was supportive Food is not okay though. Room is clean, view is good. Overall good to go.

- Very basic room, no facility for drinking hot water. - ensure you have wifi in the room before booking because there is no coverage in B6,B7,B8 rooms ( first floor) - The beds are differently sized in rooms. - I was charged 850 (per room, took 3 rooms) - It was not worth at all!

It was pleasant stay for couple of days. Thanks to staff and reception team. Reasonable price with parking facilities inside the hotel. Highly recommende to all.

A good place to stay. Not so expansive for big and clean rooms, with hot water (but the tank is very small). The property is a beautiful colonial building and the staff members are very kind and pleased to help. The restaurant has few meals but they are good and inexpensive.

Decent property with large rooms and 24 hrs hot water availability. Had a small restaurant, no buffet breakfast. Service staffs are good. Its an old property with wooden flooring and decent decorative elements to create an ambiance. Can accommodate parking for all the guests. One negative to tell is the security guy was asking for tips, the management can instruct them to take tips that the guests happily offered, rather than compulsorily asking the guest

Placed inside some streets, could be little bit difficult for finding it if you are visiting first time. But it provides good scenic view of nearby tea estates and hills. You feel the beauty of ooty when you wake up early and just stand outside hotel. Coming to rooms its simple built with some royal look touch. Service is fine. But they cleaned rooms by keeping us in waiting, which can be done before. Apart from that this is very economical budget hotel.

Pathetic..... The room was served for 2500 per day where the online Price was 2300... Never go for direct booking... The room was annoyingly poor. The walls were painted like eons ago... The bathroom was ok... Thats it.. The switch boards were ditached and the bed had bugs... In night dusts fall from the sealing which i cannot understand why..? The TV showed no signal info consistently... And free channels only... (What the... Hell..) From my other experiences a 2500 rupees stay could include a moderate stay with free breakfast, kettle and supplies to make 2-3 cup tea/ coffee Pebrock does not give any of these.. No free breakfast nor any tea supply/ kettle They even forgot to give us bath towel.. Gave when i asked which looked like a historical product that our ancestors used to bath... The food there... Oo my word.. We did not eat from there as the food cost was higher than that in outside hotel... From where they actually bought it... Outside chappathi rate-18 Pebrock-20 My humble request donot choose the place unless the rent is1500 or below... Not worthy at all Only positive the behaviour of staffs... They were friendly, helping and caring..
