Amazing Stay - Highly Recommend! I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely nice, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The room was spotless, and the entire property was very clean and well-maintained. I absolutely loved the view from my room -- it made the stay even more special. The food at the restaurant was fantastic, offering a great variety of delicious options. One of the highlights of our stay was when I mentioned it was my daughter's birthday holiday -- the hotel went above and beyond! They prepared a beautiful cake specially for her and surprised us by coming to our room with the chef and several staff members. It made her feel incredibly special and created a truly unforgettable memory for our family. Overall, everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be coming back and staying here again. This hotel is truly a must-try for anyone looking for a great place to stay with family!

We have had a great stay at Mango Hill resorts. The rooms are great and the service is excellent. The reception staff is very helpful. My daughter had injured herself while playing, and they arranged for first aid on a short notice. The food has been excellent both in morning and in evening. All dishes were great. The staff at the restaurant Mr Tamil and Mr Mani were great and took good care of us. They are very polite and respectful.

To start with, the location of the place is good, all the main attractions are nearby. Many options for lunch and dinner nearby. It's a beautiful property from outside. Coming to the inside of the property. Have heard a lot about this place for years and finally coming to it to feel a bit disappointed. I could smell of drainage in most of the areas inside the property. The rooms were spacious but the bedspread, towels and bed sheets all had stains. We had to call and change for new sets on the first day. Secondly, there were used plates and cups outside our room (used by the previous customers) on the day of check in and got it cleaned only on the last night of our stay. We had to call thrice to clean that. Next, the kettle in our room had some water in it which meant it was not cleaned after the previous user. The staff and buggy drivers are polite and friendly but the property has definitely lost its charm and needs a lot of patch work I guess. The last but not the least the buffet breakfast spread was good. South Indian options were really good and the taste was great.

We fell in love with it the moment we stepped into the resort. The check in prices was smooth. We had booked their 2 bedroom villas which are compact & nicely done with great views of the tea gardens and is good enough for 4 people. . They have a bonfire in the evening at the designated place in the garden. Nice place to get away from the hustle bustle & enjoy peace & calm. Kids play area is also well maintained. They have a good spread for all meals in their restaurant buffet. The food was delicious with ample options for both veg and non veg. The approach road is narrow & is good for cars.

Rating: (4.5/5) We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for two days with our entire family. The property is new, well-maintained, and very clean. The amenities provided were excellent, adding to our comfort. A special mention to the staff--they were extremely helpful, courteous, and responsive throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded our room due to some work happening near our originally booked one, which showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The service was exceptional, especially from a gentleman named Mani, who ensured a great dining experience. While a few areas like the parking and road leading to the hotel are still under construction, it didn't significantly affect our experience. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and truly worth the money. Highly recommended!

Javid and Tamilmaran were excellent hosts. Food is excellent- do not miss breakfast!! What a spread! And delicious too!! Rooms are like cottages- very spacious and clean. The hot shower was excellent with good pressure. We had a bonfire too. Only thing we wished was having activities around the bonfire so we could mingle with guests . But overall good resort. Worth the money.

Excellent service. We booked the junior suite and the experience was amazing. Felt like home. The staff here is very kind, helping and generous. The property is no doubt the best. There is an electric buggy which carried us through the entire property everytime we asked for. At the restaurant, the staff helped us literally with every small thing we were asking. Esp. Soom, very kind man, took care of us for 2 days we were here. Highly recommend. Worth the hype

We had a wonderful stay at Mango Hills. The restaurant's food was tasty and served with love. A special thanks to Mani from the kitchen team--his service was filled with care and warmth. Overall, the stay was excellent and we would definitely recommend it. However, we suggest including complimentary breakfast and dinner in the package, as the food at the restaurant is otherwise quite expensive, even for kids. Ver narrow road to reach the hotel and too much traffic during the peak time!
