Two days ago( March 31st 2025), my family and my brother's family stayed at this cottage. It's a lovely, clean, and well-maintained place. If you're looking for a short and budget-friendly stay, this is a comfortable option with friendly staff. The hot water timing is good, and they're planning to improve food service for guests in the evenings. Overall, it's a nice place with decent parking, conveniently located near the bus stand and market. There are also many hotels around the cottage. I would recommend it for small families or anyone seeking a budget-friendly stay.

A really good budget stay in Ooty. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A location can be a little tricky to find at first, but it's a nice spot. There's a small lawn to relax. There's ample parking space available. The rooms are quite small, however, they're very well maintained and clean. The beds are very comfy. Perfect for solo travelers or bikers. Will definitely visit again.
I enjoyed my stay due to the natural environment within ooty city and walkable distance from the main market road. The garden, birds sound and background greenery make our stay somewhere outside ooty but the location is situated in the middle of the city, locating the place is a little bit hard due to litttle interior on the small road.
It's a nice place to stay with family. Buget friendly. Maps may confuse the location. Better to call the caretaker and he would guide you from OOTY main road.
