Hilltop 3BHK & 4BHK Villa & Rooms Ooty

We stayed here with family. Stay is average. The road to this building is very narrow and congested. Rooms are ok. Kitchen is there but they provided induction stove after we asked only. One lady is there for room service. If you order they will provide food for additional charge. Campfire/barbecue is extra charge.

This property has been completed renovated. For this price the rooms and the service are exceptional. I loved the view and the glass balcony. The campfire was extra but we loved it. The view is surreal will definitely come back.

Wonderful stay had a great time. The property is on a hill so the road is bit step but it has excellent view. Neat and tidy rooms.

I have had worst experience in this cottage, First of all, Car access is very difficult from main road it's atleast 1 km inside and it's inclined road and road width is for bikes only, I have tata Tiago, if opposite a car comes we have to find a turn so that other car can pass , and in the entire route most of the cars are parked in the road , if you have small cars then go, people with bikes can go without any difficulty. We booked through make my trip and in there they have mentioned all the facilities like stove, induction, grill , tv etc and we preferred that and paid for that 2 weeks before checkin but when we reached there, there was nothing when we asked he said we have to adjust after lot of quarrel, he then send us induction, then recharged tv and he doesn't know difference between campfire and grill we asked for grill he said 1000rs additional for campfire, only 1 room has attached bathroom, most window won't close , shelf doesn't have a door, bedside box doesn't open, no toiletries in bathroom and the list goes on ... I don't know what ethics they are using for running a business. For me it was like trapped in a scam

Very Nice Location with a beautiful bonfire place. The road is a bit narrow but it's not a huge issue. But a very lovely place for this budget.

My family and I had a terribly disappointing experience during our recent two-night stay at this property. Upon arrival, we were shocked to find the room in a filthy condition. None of the utensils were washed, the geyser in the bathroom was dysfunctional, the TV didn't work, and the sofa was infested with insects. Additionally, the promised induction stove was also out of order. Despite our grievances, the payment was taken in advance, leaving us feeling trapped in a situation where our concerns were not being addressed. We requested a refund for at least one night, but our request was denied. The owner assured us that the issues would be promptly resolved, but unfortunately, none of them were fixed, leading to a harrowing experience for both families. To add insult to injury, when I attempted to leave feedback on Booking.com, I discovered that our stay had been abruptly canceled by the owner, preventing us from sharing our honest experience. This entire ordeal feels like a blatant scam orchestrated between Booking.com and the property owners. I strongly advise potential guests to steer clear of this establishment until significant improvements are made in both its facilities and its management's ethics.

Exceptional service and great location. The view is worth for the price. Will definitely visit again.

Worst place to stay. All things are either broken or full of dirt and dust. No proper maintenance and worst parking Experienced horror things during our one day stay due to which had to leave the next day morning. Please think before you take risks
