Just awesome! Overall service and ambiance is very good. Service is also very prompt. Maintenance is also very perfect. Few suggestions keep the swimming pool and recreation facilities up to date and ready always. Spa also needs more trained therapist. Jain food items should be added in the menu. Else was just awesome.|Thanks you.

The spa is amazing. The people are kind. Overall it was a very good experience. We loved it here. Food is great variety is also good. However the swimming pool is still under renovation which was a disappointment. It was fun. We enjoyed our stay.

Thought of Booking for a week., But considering the review., I can move to other reputed hotels. I could able to see. This Hotel Owner / Puppet Managers whom I don't know., Could able to see only responding to the reviews of those guests who given 4+ ratings, sharing his gratitude.. Had a great stay for four room nights. One day at 2 am, it was an medical emergency, two reception staff were very helpful and acting driver stayed with us till we returned to rooms. The next day morning and afternoon the duty Manager visited us to check if we are okay. Property is located in good spot. Services were so good.

Beautiful old hotel in Ooty. The rooms were spacious and clean. The Reception and garden areas were great with stunning views over Ooty. The restaurant served tasty food with plenty of choice. I was lucky to be invited for the blessing of the swimming pool..such an experience.
