Fortune Retreats

The resort is having villa types rooms.. I had booked 2 bed room villa, which consists of a small hall, and two bedrooms (rooms also small only). Reasonably ok type bathrooms.. Minimum toiletries supplied.. Have kettle and tea set available inside Villa.|Most of the villas are 50-100 mtrs away from the reception and restaurant. Its difficult to walk to the restaurant and back from the villa considering the terrain. We always had room service which is fast and comfortable.|The resort is a bit far from the main road. So its not easy to go and come to/from the town. Approach road also needs development.. Bad condition.|Service is the best part I experienced and so did the food.. Food was really tasty and quantity also good. Check in and out was smooth.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Fortune for 2 nights and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! The staff's exceptional communication skills, impeccable mannerism, and warm behavior made our stay truly unforgettable. The rooms were incredibly spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. We stayed 2 nights,but Next day morning we didn't get kits and no House keeping person came for cleaning but it's manageable.We were impressed by the attention to detail and the comfort provided. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Fortune retreat for its exceptional hospitality, comfortable room. If you're looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay, look no further

We recently stayed at Fortune Retreats as a group of around 30 people and booked multiple villas. Unfortunately, our overall experience was quite bad due to several issues : * Continuous hot water supply was not available. We had to call multiple times just to get hot water. * No Wi-Fi in the rooms, which was quite inconvenient for a place that markets itself as a resort. * Rooms were allocated for 3 people with just a king-size bed -- while manageable, it was far from comfortable. * When we requested extra beds, they denied it unless we paid extra. * Basic amenities like 3 pillows and 3 blankets per room were not provided unless asked for, and even then it felt like a hassle. * Room service was not proactively offered; we had to request it separately. It's not a 4star resort rather a 2 star one. The overall hospitality was very disappointing. It genuinely felt like they were doing us a favor by letting us stay, rather than offering a warm and welcoming experience. Location : It's a bit uphill with tricky roads. 15-20 mins from city center. Would not visit again. Would ask them to work more on the hospitality side rather than running a business just to make money.

we stayed here for a day the place was really good and we had a good time and the restaurant food was amazing service was great specially front desk staffs are great they are very helpful we would love to come back for our next visit.must recommend to others

The location is really beautiful, very scenic and looks very beautiful in the morning, The only problem is the road to reach the hotel is very narrow big cars can't pass through easily of there is opposite vehicle

The rooms were good, even though it had no fans, no AC, it is ok for that weather.But we had very bad experience in getting hot water. We were getting little to no hot water. And they charged unnecessarily on things like extra beds and room heaters. I am giving three stars for service because of our highly dissappointing experience with hot waters

They were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests or questions I had. The quality of the food was excellent. **** **Overall Experience** Overall, my stay exceeded my expectations. The combination of a fantastic location, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding service makes this hotel a top choice for anyone visiting Ooty. I would highly recommend it and look forward to returning on my next visit.
