We had a wonderful Stay. The service was very good. Don't have restaurant. However, the staff is very cordial. They will arrange everything. Hot water in Bathroom- 24 x7. They even provide hot water for drinking. All tourist spots and nearby. They will also provide additional blankets. Amazing experience. Staff for very cooperative. Recommended this hotel of you are visiting OOTY.

Rooms are very clean and tidy, location is easily accessible. Hospitality was very good.... Over all stay was comfortable and worth..

Very good experience. We just felt like home. Total value for money. Special thanks to Mr Sarvanan he really took good care of all the requirements. Overall very satisfying experience.

The room was decent, and the staff were polite and well-mannered. However, the owner's behavior was disappointing and highly frustrating. It felt as though he treated us like we were staying at his property for free, which was completely unprofessional and off-putting. Overall, while the accommodation was fine, the owner's attitude left a bad impression.

Really excellent rooms and servicing. The caretakers, especially Mr nayeem and co, were top notch. Hot water available 24x7. The owner was kind enough to give a free upgrade. The room is just opposite to rose gardens, and plenty of restaurants available in the vicinity.

The hospitality was very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was recommended by my sister and it was a good decision to come here. Thanks

The rooms are ok not worth the amount we paid also the bedsheet were not cleaned seems they don't wash after guest checkout. And the rooms are very small not as shown in pics. Also no hot kettle in the room and other required toiletries. Also no single chair at room. The service was good and 24 hour hot water which was good for Ooty cold weather. Tea was very good.
