Accord Highland Ooty

I had a wonderful stay at the property. The location was ideal, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The staff were courteous and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. One of the highlights was the bonfire activity at night, which created a warm and lively atmosphere. It added a special touch to the overall experience and made the evenings memorable. The service, ambiance, and thoughtful activities combined to make this a truly enjoyable and relaxing getaway. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

Excellent stay. The villa was well maintained.Had nice time in the recreation centre with games. Mr. Gowtham was very helpful and Infact facilitated playing. Had a good time during the stay. Amicable staff with professional demeanour. My kid enjoyed a lot playing with other kids. Well enjoyed vacation and time well spent

Our stay at in accord highland Ooty was lovely! The property is beautifully maintained, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. ## Highlights - Cleanliness throughout the hotel is impressive - Desk staff were friendly and helpful - Karaoke section was a great addition - Room staff were attentive and courteous ## Areas for Improvement - Food quality could be better - Restaurant staff, particularly in the high tea section, were quite rude. One staff member in particular was very harsh. ## Overall Despite some issues with food and staff behavior, we'd recommend for its lovely ambiance and comfortable stay. Hopefully, they'll work on improving their food and staff behaviour Outdoors games is too good Indoor game was nice

Ooty Highland is one of the best places to stay in Ooty. The staff is professional and polite, making the overall experience very pleasant. The hotel offers beautiful views and a wide range of indoor and outdoor sports activities for both kids and adults, which adds to the enjoyment. The only area for improvement would be the restaurant--specifically the quality of the food and the speed of service. With some enhancements there, the experience would be near perfect.

We had some wonderful moments in our two nights stay in the hotel. Firstly I want to call upon their exceptional hospitality. All their staffs carried smile throughout and they addressed all the issues promptly. They made our son's birthday special by arranging a cake cutting ceremony. The restaurant food and the evening tea stall was good (I expected a lot in the food since the hotel was managed by Venkatesh Bhat, an established chef) Few negatives are that their rooms ambience and amenities are old so it gave a very average feel. Superior room didn't have a good view from the window, which was a bit disappointing as well. Also without lift, managing toddler was a bit difficult. But the hotel took all their efforts to keep us happy with their hospitality made our stay very memorable. PS: I was informed that they are renovating the hotel from June for 2 months. Looking forward to visit again once the renovation is complete.

Rooms were good enough. Location is awesome. Kids friendly. Kids enjoyed the indoor outdoor activities. Garden is well maintained. Just the thing is that they cannot manage the restaurant on peak time. shortage of food, shortage of plates, bowls etc . I don't know why they were not prepared for these things knowing that the hotel is fully booked.

Had a great stay, food was awesome and hotel provided an excellent view of nature. They had a nice and large play ground with an option to play a number of games with with provision for free tea and snacks. They even had a karaoke room for guests. Staff was courteous. In all a very good experience.

Awesome place to stay with good quality food & ambience & engaging us with fun filled activities... definitely worthy.. kids enjoyed a lot.. the main center of beauty in accord highland is the EVENT MANAGER MR. SHIVKUMAR.. who was managing all the activities. He is a fantastic person & ensured that all the guest were enjoying activities..and would address the guest for the requirement promptly.. he also organised a bonfire night where he hosted the event with some enjoyable games along with good music. He is really multitalented person who can sing dance host play and so on....he is the right person which was choosed by accord highland... ||We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at highland hotel and would surely want to visit the place again..
