It was an unplanned trip, we just googled and booked, we did not regret it. Our expectation was to stay at a place far from city. Living in a crowded city we needed a calm place with less vehicle sounds. This place met our expectation. well maintained property. Room was clean and neat, we loved the small cozy space. Balcony was also good but privacy is less. Pros: -Neat and cozy rooms -Home cooked food, taste was also nice -Any time we asked for tea or milk was provided - Complimentary breakfast was simple and nice -calm place 10km out of the centre ( which was our expectation so we liked it) - the care taker Mr Amir was a very good host, we had a good hospitality from him. - Had camp fire on extra cost but it was worth having it. - Beautiful flowers inside the property. Cons: - Room heater on extra charge but did not solve its purpose. - cycles were there but it can be serviced and maintained. -can improve their blanket quality.

Made an advanced booking through booking.com with no pre payment needed. However property asked to pay 50% in advance to confirm. This is not fair deal and cancelled. Be careful with booking sites and hotel people as they tend to get money in advance. Would avoid such places completely.

Wow.. Very nice place to stay away from noice and pollution. Cool calm and greenary. Very safe friendly staff, tastyfood, sorrouded by Tea estate. Love to visit and stay again

I recently stayed at Greenleaves, The Coutry Side Inn located just 10 km away from the bustling city limits of Ooty, and it was a delightful experience. Overall, our stay was excellent! Our group thoroughly enjoyed it. The rooms were good, the food was excellent for dinner, and we appreciated being able to order home-cooked meals according to our preferences. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was also very satisfying. Despite being a little far from the city, the lush green surroundings added to the charm of the place. It was a pleasant stay overall. I would recommend booking directly for the best prices.

Excellent place... Wonderful part is the location of this property. This is located almost 8km from Ooty and I was hesitant to book due to this reason. But it is easily reachable and away from all the crowds. Silent and peaceful place. This property is next to a tea garden and next your balcony you will find a very beautiful tea garden view. The view itself you feel pleasant. They have cycles available you have a ride in that tea garden roads. There is no much traffic or no much vehicles in that roads so it is safe. This property has only few rooms may be less than 10 so the staff is always there to help you and address your quires. You will find a tasty food and good service. I have been over charged by the third party booking sites due to last min booking and I was bit disappointment before reaching this place. But after the nice experience I still feel it was worth of staying for that amount. You have sufficient car parking inside the property. Overall enjoyed the trip and feeling to revisit this place from the nice experience.

Rooms and service was good. 8 to 10kms from ooty town. For anything and everything you need to go min 30mins to buy for emergency. Food was good . Location view was good. Small things like fixing the cycles and other things should be maintained. Fire place if requested to be lit up is extra. Extra for room heaters.

I have visited the place this month 22nd with my 9 months toddler. This is not at all a resort but very substandard homestay, photos shared in MMT are not matching at all with the actual room views, they don't have any room service, they dont have any emergency contact, no rception, rooms are very dirty, I stayed for 2 days, no one came and cleaned the for a single time, they did not even change the table cover, and I have paid Rs 19210 only for 2 nights stay excluding any kind of food, room was very small, it was not worst room to stay It was a terrible experience. Though they have lot of things mentioned in their food menu card, but nothing is available during season time, which was frustrating. Only one food was available which we had to have fir all the time for 2 days stays. I Would suggest everyone plz think twice before selecting the place for stay. Only good thing is the behavior of hotel staff. Overall it is very very substandard homestay with absolute BIG 0 facilities.
