Thanks for the hospitality provided to me when I was there on 18th March 2025 room no 3028. Thanks to Kaushik of house keeping in particular for making all the arrangements and support. Thanks to uthaman sir and Sathish and front office . Also the breakfast is fine. Room is very clean and once again thanking you kaushik for his work. I also thank Sathish who always make arrangements for me whenever I call either Sathish or kaushik

I stayed over five weeks at this hotel and would have given a higher rating, but my experience was ruined by being scammed by a staff member who took money under false pretenses. As I am from the UK, I had already left Tamil Nadu. My money was not returned as promised (thousands of rupees) & the culprit blocked my phone number.|The police advised returning to Chennai to file an FIR or contacting the staff member's Line manager at Gokulam Park. However, his line manager Mr Krishna Kumar (front desk manager) was rude and dismissive, showing no intention to assist or even prepared to speak to the guy responsible. Shockingly, the hotel allowed the dishonest staff member to continue working at reception / front desk for several more months interacting with guests, despite knowing about the fraud. The concerned staff member (Ajay) left his job a few weeks ago only after I started informing more people. I have written twice to the GM, Mr. Anand Ramachandran, informing him and requesting Mr Ajay's contact details. I waited before reviewing. Disappointingly both my emails have been ignored. It is appalling that a reputable hotel retain individuals who scam guests and fail to take responsibility for such incidents. As a hardworking female I will not tolerate anyone stealing from me. The hotel turned a blind eye. Despite your silence Gokulam Park, I will return to India to recover my money from the swindler! As a foreigner I feel let down by the hotel which I considered home like & stayed more than one month at! |Edit the restaurant and house keeping staff were super!|

Stayed in room no 3003 from 28 Nov 2024 to 30 Nov 2024.|The good points first:|- The staff is friendly.|- Food is okay.|The bad points :|- The room was smelling (a urine like smell). When we complained one of the housekeeping staff did come and spray a room freshener but the smell persisted.

AC was not functioning in the bar and when informed they asked us to adjust. Surprisingly this is a 4 star hotel. Worst bar, they don't have most of the brands and said they will stock up soon. Avoid this bar as there is no proper management who would hear your feedback

Excellent Service. Both at Reception, check in and house keeping. Special thanks to Mr Kaushik for his services . I also complement all other house keeping staff as well. I also compliment the reception staff for speedy check in and check out. The room is very neat and whenever i wanted to have something, Mr Kaushik is always there to support. I thank Mr Kaushik for the care he is taking along with him team

Had a wonderful experience. Very good stay. Thanks to Kaushik of House keeping. The room was very neat and tidy and whenever i was asking some help, Kaushik was on there to give those in no time. Appreciate his support . All other staffs were also very helpful. Fast checkin and Check out. Thanks to Reception.

Stayed here for a Few days during my business trip. Rooms are very good and had a Lavish variety of breakfast options. All the Staff's are very polite and helpful. Overall had a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this place for a business stay!
