Price doesn't justify the poor level of service. TV wasn't working, WiFi wasn't working. Asked for a toilet roll and didn't receive it.

I have visited mgm beach resorts as a part of my office's engagement activity. The amenities, games and other activities were all good. The problem was with the toilets. We were like 20 in number and everyone faced the same issue. The toilet sink didn't drain well. The basin sink didn't drain well too. Even after 5 to 6 flushes too, it did the same way. I personally believe that this is a very important part of personal hygiene. It was supposed to be a very fun part. But it actually was very stressing. Please please please book your rooms only after checking these amenity. It turned out to a terrible experience.

What a beautiful place! We had my friends wedding here, the location is well maintained, and the staff were very helpful throughout. The food is good, desserts are amazing, the cake is a little expensive but the quality is outstanding! Just be cautious about the head count they take, sometimes they could be wrong. Otherwise, a perfect getaway. Just 5/5

Good place to spend time with friends and families. The rooms are clean and neat the only problem is the toiler are clean but the fluses and water leakage is having problem. Please Check the toilet facility and book rooms

GOOD : GREAT FRIENDLY ,KIND AND COURTEOUS STAFF, AMAZING FOOD ESPECIALLY THE BREAKFAST BUFFET....TOO GOOD , SUPERB VIEW, NICE SWIMMING POOL BAD: ROOMS HAD WATER LEAKING, TV HAS VERY FEW ENGLISH CHANNELS...COULDNT WATCH A MOVIE...ROOM 303 HAD A MIRROR AND THROUGH THAT I FEEL SOMEONE OUTSIDE COULD LOOK INTO THE BATHROOM ? ...TOO NOISY WITH LOUD MUSIC AT TIMES

Awesome place to spend your weekend here. But food cost is bit expensive. And some water rides are unavailable when i go. You need to wait atleast 10 -15 min for a single ride at weekend. So better you go at weekdays. That's it.
