MGM Beach Resorts

It was a wonderful stay 2 nights. Good hospitality. Special mention of Mr Murugan- the magician engaged to entertain guests while dining at their table. Highly recommended for a memorable holiday in Chennai .|The food was nice and palatable. The rooms were well maintained and clean. The swimming pool was also well maintained. There was a safety person to watch for the people who don't know swimming. He also maintains the pool very well. The fun activities were also entertaining.

We visited MGM Dizzee World and Resorts for a special occasion, and the experience was truly memorable. The theme park offered a good mix of dry and water rides, making for a fun and engaging day.||While there was an initial delay with ticketing at the activity centre, the issue was quickly resolved thanks to Mr. Moses from the F&B team. He remained in touch throughout the day and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. His professionalism and attention to detail stood out.||The five-course lunch at Sea Crest - every dish, from the soups to the biriyani and dessert, was thoughtfully prepared and delicious. The lime mojito and later, the peach iced tea and filter coffee, were refreshing touches. Special thanks to Moses and Arjun for their amazing service.||One highlight was a surprise cake-cutting in the evening. We had only made a brief request, but Moses planned it beautifully--a beachside setup under fairy lights, with everything perfectly in place. His thoughtfulness and attention to detail truly made it special.||Overall, a great experience with excellent hospitality. Would highly recommend MGM Resorts, especially for the care and service provided by Mr. Moses.

We had a wonderful stay at MGM Beach Resorts! The property is very kid-friendly with plenty of open lawn space and lush greenery all around, which made it perfect for our little one to run and play. It's also conveniently located near the beach, adding to the overall relaxing vibe. The food was delicious with good variety, and the service was warm and attentive throughout our stay. Our child had a fantastic time, and we truly enjoyed our visit. We'd definitely love to come back again!

Had a wonderful one-day stay at this beautiful MGM beach resort! The location was absolutely stunning, offering picturesque views and a peaceful ambiance. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, courteous, and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. The amenities provided were top-notch, adding to the relaxing experience. The only drawback was the food cost, which seemed quite high compared to similar places. While the quality was good, a more reasonable pricing would enhance the overall experience. Overall, it was a delightful getaway, and I would definitely recommend it for a short, relaxing break by the beach!

I loved this beach resort and it is the best. There is a magician and his name is murugan and he showed us some magic. It was so good. I was interested and asked him to teach me some magic tricks and he teaches me. And I love the room, the indoor games and everything. You can enjoy with your family

Resort looks nice. They charge high for coke. its 175 rupees. 4 taxes they are putting it one for beverage and top of it service charge and tax for that too. They have bicycles but they are giving only for 30 mins. some kids cycles chain often comes out needs of repair. They are doing renovation at some rooms they are making some noise. Hammock and beach is nice to view from the resort.

The food was amazing, and the beachfront location at the MGM resort was perfect. Our server, Mamoni, treated us very well, serving delicious food. I recommend everyone visit the resort at least once in their lifetime. Although it's expensive, it's worth every penny. The experience was great!!

Stayed at MGM beach resorts from 28th Mar to 31st Mar The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. The food at the sea-crest restaurant, even though the number of veg options is limited, is very good and worth the price However, the attitude of the staff and their service is very poor. Even 3rd grade hotels provide better service. The staff seem to have no understanding of hospitality. Every request to reception/in-room dining/house keeping needs minimum 3 follow-ups to get an action from their side Even though the rooms and food is very good, it is of no use since the staff are not ready to co-operate.
