The Wilderness Resort

Resort was too good. Resort is full of greenery & calm place. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is good, but food items are very minimal. Room was very clean & neat. Mudumalai forest is near to resort. We all had a great time.

The stay at this resort was good and comfortable. It's located just after the forest check post. The street to the resort from main road is quite narrow, but manageable. They have very limited food options but the taste of the food is very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Mr. Manu the caretaker was kind enough to help us with all the needs. Kids enjoyed the show indoor games and campfire's. Old people with disabilities might find difficulty and n moving around, as there are couple of stairs to move around. Thank you Wilderness resort making the stay comfortable and memorable.

We stayed one day in this resort. It was really amazing. Very calm and peaceful place to relax with your loved ones. Beautiful place in the midst of coffee plantation. Gokul was our organiser and he did an amazing job. Near and peaceful rooms, indoor games, inclusive of both breakfast and dinner and the mandatory camp fire. Had a great time with the ducks.

This is one of the most beautiful places to stay! The cozy and comfortable private cottages are fantastic, and the food is absolutely amazing. Gopi and the staff are incredibly helpful and caring, making the experience even better. This is my second time here, and I just can't get enough of this place!

This is a trip was with colleagues in the month of Feb, 2025. We planned for 2 days stay here along with foreign team mate, it was a perfect spot to stay to explore Mudumalai, Bandipur & Masinagudi. Must say this was one of the best stay we/I had, amazing place worth the money. Pleasant, peaceful, comfortable & safe place to stay. I must personally mention these 2 amazing guys MANU & GOBI (I guess it should be Gopi but he pronounced it as Gobi) who actually took a very good care of us throughout our stay. They were very accommodative & super helpful. This review will be incomplete if I don't mention the amazing food at the resort. Very delicious with variety of dished both veg & non veg and tasted just like home food. I would give more than 5 stars for the experience.

The rooms were decent, but there was no hot water despite repeatedly requesting assistance from the hotel staff, who were unhelpful and unresponsive. The geyser was not working, and when we asked for a room change, they ignored our request. Additionally, the food was average and not worth the price.
