Avana Resort

A well maintained property!.Beautiful scenery and lush green lawns.The staff is good at behaviour specially our cleaning staff named Sangeetha and DhanLaxmi (room 109)were very polite and did great work.Kid friendly. Food is tasty. Suggestion:RO water facility should be available.

We did adventure activities, and the experience was great. Very friendly and supportive staff, who guided the kids through each activity. Great environment and view, amidst the trees and greenery. We enjoyed our stay and experiences to be remembered

We recently stayed at Avana Resort and enjoyed the wonderful ambiance. However, our experience was marred by the rude behavior of some staff members, particularly Suraj, the waiter. He came across as bossy and ordering rather than taking our food order. On the positive side, the rooms were well-maintained and clean. However, the Wi-Fi was slow. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly demeanor of the cleaning team, who were all senior citizens. Well groomed by senior staff. The food was average. Overall, while the resort has its strengths, there's room for improvement in terms of staff behavior and amenities. Need to improve activity section.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, there is a buggy facility inside the resort to move around, housekeeping facility is very good... Thanks to Raffi and Arun for making it easy for us...

Excellent restaurant and every dish was excellent. I wish the resort reception had prepared me for Black thunder about the various rides etc, so we could plan accordingly, for example trying out the dry rides before the wet ones.

Great location. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially the house cleaning staff Chandrika and Bhavandam. Both of them did an excellent job to keep our room clean through out our stay. One suggestion for improvement to the hotel management: Wifi connection in the room was very poor. The hotel should work on improving this.

Overall ambience, room cleanliness and food was extremely good. Special mention to Devi and Sangeeta for their hospitality and excellent room service!

We had a pleasant stay at Avana resort, Mettupalayam. The rooms were near and spacious, food was good and the children enjoyed. Special mention to room service provided by Devi and Sangeetha for promptly helping us.
