New Selva Lodge A/C

We stayed in new selva lodge for one day for a friend's wedding in Mayiladuthurai.. Rooms looks like a dungeon. There is no proper ventilation.locks are broken in wash room and main door.water taps were not functioning properly.There is no hot water. Mirrors are faded. Bedspread and beds were completely filled with dirt. Rooms always had a foul smell.You will never ever see a room with lights which is used in showroom, Its so bright. Unable to bear the heat emitting from the light. AC is not working.They are blaming the previous stay customer for AC malfunctioning not ready to accept the issue in the AC machine. We were waiting for the marriage to get over to leave the place.worst experience for a one day stay.

Economical but not worth for money I am stayed here in single occupancy it was good and hygience and the second day they provide double occupancy that was not good compare to single.They providing water but in the old used bottles worst culture.

The room was very badly maintained. Fan was not working. Toilet was very dirty . No lift. You have to carry the luggage two floors.. Bed sheet was torn off.......

Hi selva washing very very dirty so better washing in Hotel towle, pillow cover bedsheets washing not worth. Better than washing machine and service very poor.

I stayed for 2 days on room number 204. The room is Clean and all electronic items and the switch board are in good condition. But need more attention in the Rest Room. Because, the floor tiles are not clean and the roof is the worst.

Only Pros is located near new Bus stand. Toilets are looking disgusting and smells like public toilet or even worse than that. Bed sheets and pillow are full of stains.Foul smell comes from all over the room. Higher price.

Very worst, hotel is not clean, Ac is not working, staffs also didn't care. Wifi facilities not there. Worst hotel ever. If I could give zero rating I'd do that. There is no proper power connections.

Room ok but reception person talking rudely worst person he was not suitable for this post not respect to the customer please note owner of new selva lodge please change this person otherwise you will loss your lodge name " *Reception sir please mind it your salary is my room rent* ".....
