SPOT ON 49729 Hotel Thankam

Initially the response was good, rooms below average. I told them that i need to check out early at 8 AM in the morning, because i am having a train at 11 from Thiruvananthapuram. So i reached there at 8, no one was there at reception everything was locked. Don't go with family. Bdw i made it to board the train without their help.

Hotel ambience is really nice and they provide better service with New Bed sheet and Pillows covers. Enjoyed the pleasent stay. The Restaurant have really nice dishes like Parotta with Beef,Chicken fry or curry which is a must try.

The food is good that is if you take parcel. We ate there and they brought really small portions. We had to order 3 times to fill our stomach. The hotel had a big name among local people that's why I was so excited to stay there as a newly married couple though I am from the local area. Grew up eating food from there. It's unhygenic, dirty, cob webs everywhere. Their executive rooms are worse than a 1 star hotel. Changed rooms twice. They don't provide hot water or towels. We got torn old towels when asked for one. They have no idea how a hotel should be run. We probably stayed where illegal activities happen. We left the next day to stay at a relative's place. There are better places in Marthandam or Parassala.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life ..No fan no Ac full of mosquitos ..very very poor cleanliness.. In these corona time people think they get affected when they go out .., But in this case if you step inside the hotel you will get all kinds of infections including corona.. Don't ever try to stay in this hotel.. The streets are far better than this garbage hotel.. Rude staffs don't even have common sense how to behave with customers.. They may have some spy cameras on Rooms as well as in Bathrooms .. As I tested with some equipment to verify that.. This hotel don't deserve a single star too..!

Near to Kaliyakkavilai bus stand , rooms are above average quality, not good for family ... bcoz at the ground floor there is a bar very crowded.. so I found it not good for staying with family..

I will give less then 1 but there is no option Pathetic experience with the hotel I booked through OYO but they simply deny me room citing it is too low as their selling price are high. Don't ever book here

Give zero worst service experience don't go don't spoil ur money avoid kind of service quality Poor management
