Rooms are good but the place is not guest friendly at all . The boy appointed for help has no courtesy,Does not know how to deal with guests.There are two dogs running around in the premise which also climb stairs and reach your room.Not recommended. Reply to Owner --- Thank you for confirming both the aspects that I mentioned --'dogs running around and no Courtesy ' .

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms are very clean. In fact, the whole property is very well taken care of. Ideally located at walking distance from the Palace and in beautiful surroundings. We explored the region on a scooter and discovered some magnificent lakes in truly unspoiled nature. The hosting family is so kind and so is the staff. Breakfast was delicious as well. This place is an absolute must when traveling in this region!

Little family business in between a banana field and coconut trees. Sadhu and Carolina are very welcoming, the rooms are cleans and simple, there is a nice rooftop you can enjoy at night, it's 5 minute walk from the palace. And they will help you out if you need/wish to discover the area around. There is much to do besides the palace : the nature around is amazing, there are hikes all around and smaller temples/historical spots to discover. We recommend warmly ! This is a place where you check-in and leave. And don't expect to see anyone in between. Linen wasn't changed when I stayed for 4 days. Ideal for a short stay. Room is clean. Min service at a budget price.

We reserved the stay for 10 persons through phone in the month January(4 months in advance) for 18 May and 19 May and we paid Rupees 3k as advance for 5 rooms. Initially they accepted the payment and our words. But when the day has come and we arrived and about to check in, they confirmed only 4 rooms and 1 room was in the discussion because they saidthat 1 rooms was booked by a person through online. On 18th May morning around 12'O Clock We left the room for sight seeing we came back around 8 p.m. When we entered the campus the old lady (Who is in -charge for the homestay next to his son) said that she will confirm the 1 room after an hour then confirmed the room after 8.30 p.m but placed few words infront of us that the next day morning to vacate the 1 room. The next day 18th May also the extension repeated finally around 7 p.m then we paid the remaining balance 4.5 k. As soon as the amount Credited into their account She asked us to vacate the room around 7 a.m in the 19th morning and hand over the key. We argued to her that check out time is 11 a.m. Finally she asked to do your wish. When the last day 19th May has come we planned to go for sight seeing around 8 p.m and requested her to give a room to refresh ourselves after coming back after 2 p.m. She accepted it and keep all 10 persons luggage in a room and leave the key of the room in the door. We did the same and left. But when came back and about to enter the room, the room boy said that there is no room and kept all the luggage down in the Godown, it was so dusty and all the garbage was there. Really we all 10 got shocked because we thought to refresh and travel back ( Around 750 km) to our home. She asked to refresh in a Toilet down in the campus which was having opened window. We had a very worst experience, worst stay there even we paid for 5 rooms. The old lady not remembering that we paid but she said 3 families booked the room for 19th May and paid the full amount. Such a cunning lady she is. Those who planning to stay in the place please be away the lady. She talks in sweet tongue but full of cunning behind. Kindly the confirm the timings before you go there. Apart from this is our second time we did stay. First time no rooms were booked by anyone only we were stayed because that time no season. But this time as it was May month (Season time) we experienced such a worst experience from them that we never expected. First time I and my wife stayed and we felt so safe and had good experience. Because of the reason we have taken 8 more relatives there along with us. But this time we had such a worst experience and we planned to never ever turn back to side even we go tour that side. *Reply for the Owner's Response* Kindly understand the meaning of the above words. We didn't forced to keep our luggage in a luggage but she only gave an idea to keep it in a room and get refreshed in the same. We didn't ask you protect our luggage by keeping them into such a "dusty garbage Godown". I didn't say that "Charging the price is cunning but kindly understand *We have also paid*. Giving such a *Open window rest room* for refreshing - what a mind you have by asking us to use it. Atlast do you think that 750 per night for a room(No bedsheet, No towel, No Chair, No table, But only Cot, Bed and pillow)as budget stay. 2*Reply for Owner's response Kindly mind your words dear gentleman/gentlewoman that I am not crying but giving honest review to make peope laware of your cheating homestay. Why do you talk about money always?This is how I mentined the word cunning. You may charge even 10k that money doesn't a matter but making people happy, satisfied, feeling safe and comfortable means a lot. This is my kind request that please understand the needs of tourists (customers).

The place is very quiet and has a good ambience. We had a great experience. The room and the restroom were so clean and the rent was also affordable. The owner was so friendly. Wholly a good day spent there

Sadhu is a very nice person. Very helpful. I booked the house 2 days for my friends. They enjoyed. Also the booking was easily done without any confusion. Thank you
