Excellent stay, clean and very hygiene room. Towels, bed sheets, pillow are too good. There is nothing to complain about this Avea accommodation. All are good. Worth and value for the money. Thanks Will be staying in the same place in my next trip.

Wonderful Stay at Avea Accommodation! My stay at Avea Accommodation was truly enjoyable. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The reception staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. While the property does not have in-house food facilities, everything else was top-notch. I sincerely hope they continue to uphold this level of service in the future. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay, this is definitely a great choice. Highly recommended!

Centrally located in 80ft road with lots of eateries and shops and away from the bustle of Madurai temple (but close enough), this homestay property is good value for money. There is limited parking space for the property -but as long as most rooms are not occupied by people with self driven cars. ||The room size is OK -could be better. Not too much facilities to store your clothes or hang them. Bathroom cleanliness require significant improvement -found cockroaches in the bathroom . The shower pressure also needs improvement. ||The staff are very helpful and ready to attend to your needs with a smile. Even the owner turned up to attend to hot water issue early morning.

Rooms were clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were nice and very helpful. A/C worked perfectly. The only thing is that it can get noisy, you can hear everything that is happening in outside of your room. For me it was okay.

Good location. Good rooms. Value for money. Choose it if you have a short stay or are looking for a place to crash at night. Their garden and greenery is impressive. Thoughtful small things make for a good experience. Water bottle in common area, extra blanket and mattress in the room, table and chair, 2 lights in bathroom, good supply of hot water, chilled refreshments, etc. frontdesk is helpful. Parking for 3 cars exist. Can park more ar night given that the road traffic is nil. Nighttime guard is present. A few niggles need attention. AC of second room on first floor isn't cooling as fast as expected (gas leak?); I saw 2-3 small cockroaches in the room; fan regulator is broken; gap below bathroom door; chair and sofa covers can use some cleaning. No deal breakers for me.

Nice place to stay. The location is on the main road so everything is easily accessible like banks, medicine shops, transport etc. Cleans rooms and quite ambience. The only issue I found was that during night hours we have to call at reception for hot water supply in the bathroom. The supply of toiletries like shampoo and soap was in tiny bottles not sufficient for a family of 2 adults and 1 child. This place doesn't have a lift so we had to use the stairs. The size of the room was decent but the exhaust in the bathroom was tiny. The best part was the attached balcony where one can have a pleasant experience of having tea or coffee. Also the person at the reception was kind enough to offer an umbrella while it was raining outside and I was going on for a walk. This place doesn't have a restaurant but they allow ordering food from outside. The place had lot of plants which gives a soothing feeling.All in all a good experience to stay at avea accommodation.

There is a common open area under the stairs to have food which you can order on food delivery apps. The disposable cutlery is kept for guests to use. The room size is OK -could be better. Although the room is small, they've made good use of the space by adding a bunk bed, and the bed itself is very comfortable. The washrooms are clean, the AC works perfectly, and the ambiance is pleasant, with plenty of greenery and overall cleanliness. The place is very hygienic, and I would definitely recommend it. The only downside for me was that I visited Madurai for the meenakshi amman temple, and the hotel is a bit far from temple, which added up & down transportation costs and the auto fare is comparatively higher, making it less cost-effective. However, if you're not visiting for the temple, this hotel is unique and definitely worth considering. I enjoyed my stay.
