Moderate service. Hot water was not available. Extra bed spread was not provided.

Average hotel. This hotel is Maintained well and customer service was good. Room was clean but not super clean. Good parking facilities for both two wheelers and four wheelers. But AC was not working in our room. Cost was it's affordable. For one or two night stay this place is highly recommended.

Neat and clean. Good for a short stay. Not much of ventilation on the south side as it is blocked with glass panels. One of manager, a young chap, needs to be tought on how to talk to customers. I see from the earlier reviews that another customer too had a bad experience with him.

We could see a lot of changes in the response when we bulk book the lodge for a function. When we booked the lodge on mar 2020 their response was very good, but when we booked the lodge on oct 2021 , they cheat us saying you took an extra room and all the guests asked for AC rooms. As it is a rainy season, we book it as non AC room and asked the management to give AC if the guest requests, we did not occupy two rooms, but the management billed us for AC to all the rooms. I prefer not to bulk book this hotel, or book for non AC and occupy the same. We did book the lodge in same way on mar 2020, but they charged us correctly, with only 2 rooms AC.

The resident is good and neat.Economically room budget is okay, and the place is in main bazaar area,so u can get food and snacks from outside. Car parking area is good and spacious. In the room there is geyser but they won't put the switch,so If u come with ur kids then the problem here Is no hot water and the room service in this resident is very poor. If u ask the room service man to buy 1cofee then they will ask u to give 35 rupees for parcel,even a half liter full cream milk comes around 25 only, where u can make 4 cups of coffee without adding water. But here the room service man ask 35 rupees for getting a single parcel coffee... If u stay in krishnagiri u can choose this hotel for a single visit..

Ok for a brief stay - that's what we did. AC was run down and the staff were trying hard to make it work. Spacious room. Helpful staff. Water leaked into bathroom when it rained.

New property... Clean rooms and bathrooms.. Need to train front office staffs since they are behaving very odd.. Hotel is exactly behind the petrol pump there is no visibility from main road they to keep a visible glow sign board.... Tariff differs floor to floor..

Rooms are clean and well maintained, they provide basic amenities. Good staffs. Best place to stay
