Twin Tree Mountain Resort

We booked 3 rooms Twin tree hotel for staying at 18-19 april 2025. We did a early checkin at 5am for that they asked 1 day rent of 16000 for early check-in we were shocked how they are trying to rob a money from us. So we thought checkout at the same time of 5am at the next day. Due to we refused early checkin pay they put extra charges on food and facilities. This is totally unacceptable. Please avoid this hotel If you travel on a budget.

More than 5 times we stayed and enjoyed the ambience, food and their service. Very excellent...

We went there for diwali vacation for 3 days and we were completely satisfied with the stay. The caretakers were very helpful and food cooked were very delicious. We did not face any problem with a small baby as caretakers prepared the baby food also by boiling the baby fryits and vegetables.

We stayed for a day. The location of resort surrounded by tea estate. Very good surrounding. View of the front side resort entrance also very nice. The room arrangement and toilet are very neat and clean. Food was very tasty and excellent dining arrangement and cooking facilities. Good housekeeing. The location of the resort is easily accessible. Thanks to all for vivid memorable.

Wonderful tiny private resort/homestay with adequate & pleasant service, food with serene surroundings

Great resort situated close to Kotagiri's market place. Spacious rooms. Handshower in the bathroom was leaking. The cook was excellent.

Nice resort. The view of the room is very nice. The room and toilet are very neat and clean. And also food was very tasty. The location of the resort also not so far. Can make arrangements for kids to Play.

The resort has 8 rooms- in two separate buildings. The rooms are quite spacious and have all the basic amenities. Mr. Durai is very helpful and kind from booking to stay everything was smooth. The staff Aashish and Ravi were both excellent in their hospitality, and served us delicious food during our stay. The location is also easy to approach. The parking is just enough for 4-5 vehicles.
