I spent my holiday at this hotel recently, and honestly, it was such a great experience. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful; you could see the whole city, and it looked even better at night with all the lights. And the cold mist in the air at night made the whole view even more beautiful. The rooms were super nice, clean, and really comfy. It felt like a perfect little spot to chill after a day out. What made the stay even more special was the hotel staff. Everyone was extremely calm, friendly, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Their excellent service truly made me feel welcomed and taken care of throughout my stay. Overall, I had a fantastic time at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway.

Stayed here for 2 days over the weekend and honestly, it was quite underwhelming for the price. At 5600, I expected at least basic amenities like a fan or AC, but there were none. The room wasn't spacious, and the WiFi was painfully slow. Mattress and blanket were just average - nothing to make the stay comfortable. The only saving grace was the cleanliness and the window view, which were genuinely good. The complimentary breakfast was also pretty basic - just idly, bread with jam/butter, and tea. Also, the location isn't very convenient. It's not close to the prime spots, and if you're someone who prefers walking, be prepared to walk at least 2 km to reach the main area from bus stand. Overall, definitely not worth the price I paid. This hotel should be priced around 1500-2000 max. Anything more feels like a rip-off.

Basic cleanliness should be a given in any hotel, and this was far from acceptable. 2. Rude Staff Behaviour: The staff were not just unhelpful, but downright rude. Requests were met with indifference or irritation, and there was no sense of hospitality. Simple queries were brushed off, and the overall attitude made it clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority here. 3. Misleading Reviews on Goibibo: Before booking, I saw a 4.1 rating on Goibibo which influenced my decision--but my experience makes me question the authenticity of those reviews. Either the reviews are outdated or artificially inflated, because they do not reflect the reality of what I encountered. 4. Overpriced for Poor Quality: The price I paid was nowhere near justified by the quality of the room. The furniture was old, the linens didn't feel fresh, and the room lacked any charm or comfort. It felt like I had been scammed--charged for a premium stay and given a budget lodge experience at best. Overall Verdict: This place is a classic example of online deception. I would strongly advise against booking Lazo Euzy Paradise Hotel. Don't be fooled by inflated ratings or slick photos--this hotel fails in basic cleanliness, service, and honesty.

I recently stayed at Lazo Eucy Paradise Resort in Kodaikanal during my holiday, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. The staff were helpful, making check-in smooth and easy. The room was neat and clean, and the second floor has a beautiful balcony to enjoy during the morning and evening. The amenities were top-notch, and I especially appreciated the indoor games and Lazo Restaurant (sometimes we didn't like the food much, but it was ok overall). The location was also perfect, with easy access to Coaker's Walk, Bryant Park, and Kodaikanal Lake, allowing me to explore everything I wanted during my stay. The only thing I felt was missing was a cupboard (it wasn't in the deluxe room, though I'm not sure about others). Overall, my stay at Lazo was peaceful and value for money, which is exactly what we were looking for.

Worth for money. Clean and neat rooms. Suitable for families. Tasty food. Just 2 or 3 kms away from a kodai lake. They have a parking facility. They have a hot water geyser in the bathroom. They have an elevator and electricity backup. They need to improve their room service. Their restaurant staff are very lazy. They can try to provide a hot water kettle in the rooms. Hot water supply is not working in the common water purifier they keep in the verandah. Otherwise all good.

My stay at Eucy Lazo Stay, Kodaikanal, was pretty disappointing. For starters, there were small hairs all over the room and the mattress--it was really gross and made me question how clean the place actually was. On top of that, the mattress was flipped the wrong way, which made it sag in the middle. Sleeping on it was super uncomfortable, and I ended up with a backache. I stayed in Room 202, which I booked through Agoda for 1900. When I arrived, I was drenched from the rain and couldn't really check the room properly. Sadly, they gave me an unclean room. When I complained about it, the staff told me I should've inspected the room before moving in. That response was really frustrating and made me feel like I couldn't trust the hotel. The good parts? The geyser worked fine, so I had hot water, and the room had a nice view from the window. Plus, the Wi-Fi was reliable, which was a small relief. Overall, the experience wasn't great, and I really hope the hotel takes these issues seriously and improves their service.

We stayed here for 3 days. Room was so nice quite and peaceful, service was excellent, food was so good they have limited breakfast menu was so good. Service person (assvnt) he is so humble and polite. And manager also so nice to us, they wished us everyday and helped us to get laundry thing at all total budget stay and medium stay must visit here 24hr hot water that was impressed US some of hotel can't provide hot water 24hr for this budget. But lazo did that. They have each floor drink hot water and normal water in aero water that's was so good awesome. Next time i went to Kodaikanal I'll stay here.. Overall 5star and parking also avaliable
