The hospitality provided to us was truly exceptional. The rooms were spacious, and our stay was comfortable. Unlike many establishments of similar category, the staff -- from the front office to room service -- exhibited impeccable manners and courtesy. While vacating the room, I inadvertently left behind my OnePlus phone charger. Upon notifying the hotel, the staff was ensuring its safe return to me via courier with utmost care.

I have attended a marriage reception in one their hall named as Alagappa Mahal. It is just on the side of Aarthi Hotels, Karur. The hall is very simple and old . It is very neatly maintained . The hall is middle sized can accommodate around 200 persons. The dining hall is also very neat and clean. Catering services done by the hotel only. Both wedding hall and dining hall is air conditioned. There is sufficient parking area for vehicles. The hall is very near to the bus stand. The rates are competitive hence beneficial to locals.

I had a very disappointing experience at Aarthi Hotel in Karur. The staff's behavior was extremely unprofessional, and the service was poor. I booked a super deluxe room, but it felt more like a dormitory setup, definitely not worth the 3,500 I paid. The facilities were below average, and the room did not meet any of my expectations. Overall, it was a complete waste of money. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone

Pathetic rooms! It's a very old property which has lost its charm! Rooms are very old and even the tiles are dirty and broken! Serious redevelopment to be done!

The service provided to me was very nice ,rooms were clean and well maintained, and the hospitality was also good . For the price of 1850 they are also providing complimentary breakfast which was also good for the price. Visit the hotel and check the rooms don't believe all reviews

Poor service! Rude and arrogant behavior by the staffs! Rude because the checkin was through online and asked for a restroom to freshup! They rudely told no and if I want to freshup, the person in the reception said that just for freshup he will cost the whole day tariff which was 3k! 3k for just freshup! Rude service/behavior by the receptionist!

Stayed in Aarthi Hotels for two days. Rooms are Ok. Looks old and there is wear and tear. Quality of rooms is mediocre. Restaurant is there but quality of food is Ok. Wash basin near restaurant is not well maintained. Delux room is better than Suit e room which I found surprising. There was only one hanger in the Suite room. Less water came in the flush in suite room. In Summary the stay was ok, but not worth the money.

We had an unpleasant experience during our breakfast, one of the customer was using ate hand to get serve himself in buffet, no hotel staff was there to care about it. Decent hotel to stay, Need to improvise neatness all over. Had breakfast, food was good.
