Phoenix Holiday Home - A Resort in Kanyakumari

I recently stayed at Phoenix Holiday Home Stay and had a wonderful experience. The property was neat and clean, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. The owner was very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. It was also quite affordable, offering great value for money. I appreciated that the place was compliant with all necessary standards, and the breakfast served was delicious and satisfying. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a homely and budget-friendly stay.

Some money minded and nagging people running the stay. My check-in was at 11/12 in the noon until I arrived at 1530 hrs the room nor the caretaker was not available. After 30 long minutes, they alloted a good space but ended up being nagged by some old guy and aunty who would just nag you till the registration is done. The registration is merely the attendent job but they make the customers do it. No prior communication was given on that. I have travelled across India and none of the air bnbs ask for such thing. I had earlier checked if late check in was possible, the owner guy says he will check and let me know but later the caretaker comes and says rudely I have to be out by 11:30. Such rude behaviour and communication gap. Not a good place for women to stay. They take advantage and exploit money. Sorry Gokul this is my honest review.

This homestay exceeded our expectations, providing a truly memorable and comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home, and the location was perfect for exploring the city.

I recently stayed at this place. The rooms are full of ants and noone is there to clean the rooms. No cleaning done in 2 days. No toiletries were available and towels were very old. If you are opting for this for long stay better you can carry your own stuff. But very strict on check out timings. They charge 1000 rs per hour if checkout is delayed

We had an excellent experience with Phoenix home stays. Rooms are extremely clean and all the places are located within 2-3kms. We are completely satisfied with their service.

Very worst management and owner response. Booked by paying advance and room was confirmed. After reaching owner saying it is occupied and to look for other stay at last moment. Do not have sense to run business and handle customers.

Great place to visit here! I have enjoyed.
