Sree Sakthi Residency - Budget Hotel Near Chitragupta & Kamakshi Temple

Our stayed here for 2 days. We booked online and the check in and check out process is smooth. The complimentary breakfast is served between 6.30 am and 9.30 am. Its a mini breakfast with 1 idly 1 vada 1 small plain dosa 1 poori little pongal & tea or coffee as desired. The rooms are clean and toiletries are provided. In house restaurant is there in hotel itself non ac in ground floor and ac in 1st floor. Food is served in the rooms for hotel guests. 24 hrs stay. Check in at 12 am and check out at 12 am next day.

The rooms are neat and clean, providing a comfortable environment. Staffs and room services are good. However, the complimentary food could benefit from more variety--changing it up on different days would enhance the experience. I stayed for one week, they provided mini tiffen only. Overall, a pleasant stay with room for improvement in the food offerings.

Had a good experience at this hotel. Rooms are decent. Service is good and pricing is reasonable. Prominent kanchi temples are nearby. There is a upashana restaurant down stairs for complimentary breakfast. Food is not that great but can be ordered to the room or can go dine in.

Very bad experience in terms of room booking , we enquired for a three bed room the same got confirmed by the receptionist. But when the room was provided it was a double bed room, when called the receptionist, the answer was absurd, they said, sir you delayed the booking, some other person booked it before you. When actually there was no person while our booking was being done..since we had already paid we had to stay.

The Hotel is centrally located at Kanchipuram, all the Temples are at a reasonable distance. Nice clean and cheerful place with good meals in house as well. Friendly service and staff. Rooms and wash rooms are clean and well maintained.

Very nice and clean and hygiene rooms suitable for family stay. Very tasty, hygiene food and restaurant. Neet more car parking space. Very decent and comfortable stay.

I made telephone booking to this hotel 20 days back and the reception person confirmed my booking. I followed the booking case every three days and requested the receptionist that I will send the advance but he confirmed not necessary. Today -12 Sep, I reached the hotel but the hotel told no rooms available. It was very disappointing. Anyway I managed to get Sri Hari Residency. But the behaviour is atrocious. I. Future anyone wants booking from this hotel think twice, you may land in problems

Centrally located, neatly maintained rooms, reasonable rent and courteous service. Parking facility needs to be improved.
