Hotel Baskar

It is a new building and the rooms are clean with modern facilities .. For a small town the lodge is very good ...all major waterfalls and temples are within a radius of 40 kms. Only disadvantage is that it does not have a restaurant attached ... the the service boys get you whatever you want to eat Veg or Non veg to your room.||||A nice place to stay ... The town is famous for Papads and you will find them in tiled houses in narrow streets.. You must necessarily walk down these streets.

Stayed here during a preplanned trip to Manjolai , Papanasam and Tenkasi . This is a decent hotel with good facilities. People and staff are responsiveand take good care. Food is oily and not that great however great tiffin items are available outside the hotel in various little hotels/ pantries/ canteens. ||The hotel can do better by providing uniforms to all their staff and asking them to be more appropriately presentable to guests .

The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful but it's their rooms. If you are taking up this hotel, then please go for the higher end. A/C rooms are better. If you choose a non AC room, the comfort you get is very bad. There are cockroaches everywhere at night and you don't get proper air through fan. The beds are harder. But the AC rooms are super comfy, very neatly maintained, the beds are so soft.

We tried staying in Gowrishankar, Ambasamudram. We did like the rooms there. This is always a busy place. So call them up, to book a room.||||Their pricing is nominal, and the rooms are value for the money.||||You do not have good veg restaurants around, you either go to ambasamudram, Gowrisankar for veg food, or you can find small mess (tiffen items) near kallakurichi bus stand.

Good doing very good in short....travelling arrangement, pickup and drop. fulfilling top cities facilities. By this trip we went Nellaiyappar temple. Through our Queries they defined we are new to Nellai not only that they arranged customer friendly taxi service...
