I don't understand the issue with hygiene in Indian hotels. If someone is providing a paid service, they must adhere to certain standards, and cleanliness is crucial in the hotel business. Unfortunately, this hotel failed in that regard. The toilet was dirty with yellow stains, the floor was unclean, and the water supply stopped mid-shower, returning after 10-15 minutes with residue. The taps seemed outdated, and the pillows had a strong stench, indicating they hadn't been washed in a long time. While the room was decently sized, it lacked proper maintenance. The staff was polite and helpful, but that's about it.

The staff is not friendly. Rooms are ok. Toilets are not clean. The corridor is also not clean. We occupied the AC room, they turned off the mains. When enquired, they said it's tripped.

One of the very worst hotel near mattuthavani bus stand. No water service, room service is very worst. They won't answer to your queries. I stayed with my family and had a very bad experience. I recommend not to take this hotel for stay,better nearby good hotels you can prefer. Am posting a honest review.

Rooms, bedsheets and pillows were not at all clean, there is no water bottle, no responsible staffs. Very bad service for the price we spend.

plz don't book room this residency. Their restroom flush won't work, their AC won't work and no water bottle. There is no receptionist available, we have to wait for 10 mins. If you call from the room,They will not respond to phone calls. Kindly share this as possible u can. Don't get trusted with name of saravana bhavan fake people's and fake hotel. Don't waste ur money. Humble request.

Never ever go to this hotel you will loose your money. We booked this hotel in online... We reached there late in night when we asked about our booking room respective person rudely said no room empty here go from here at night 11 clock in the afternoon we called him that we reached late that time he said it's ok come and when we were there he said no room very very very bad hotel I ever seen this type people I will give 0 for this hotel.

One of the Worst stays in madhurai ,it's capable of 0 stars ,rooms are not clean and 0 hygiene receptionists are busy with phones they don't even listen to customer queries ... Dont believe on rating ....

We had breakfast there. Service is good. The location and parking is also good. Hygiene is a big challenge
