Hospitality was good. No issues faced. Room and bathroom are clean and room is well furnished.

We booked rooms for our friends family. They gave a room in the ground floor which is excellent with a sitout, a small hall and a bedroom. It was very close to the Courtallam Main falls.

We had a yesterday for 1 day and a night ... Quite good ambience and friendly people to support .... Neat and clean space ... Lovely spot ... Good option for family too ... Loved the resort... Good water and electricity facility

Best Place to Stay when you visit Courtallam and nearby places. Rooms are neat and Clean.. All Facilities provided by them is more satisfying than my expectations...

A well maintained hotel with limited rooms. Their service is remarkable, and their property maintenance is must appreciable. Reasonable tariff with best rooms.

Very good hotel to stay at. Spacious rooms, we stayed ina ground floor room. It it split into two rooms. And beyond this we have a balcony type space in the front. The first room has a sofa and teapoy(place to have your food). Second room has a double cot, a full cupboard, TV, and a low height cupboard and another table like thing to keep our bags. AC and water heater is controlled by the hotel authority. AC price will be charged when used and we can opt for it. And for the heater, we just need to let them know when we need it and they turn it on for our use. They seem to have a restaurant, but did not eat there.

Untrained and disrespectful receptionist, Drinking water is un available even after repeated requests,fan if i find it in working conditions ,u r lucky, bath room mirrors is not paid any attention,shoer knobs are kept separate. What u feel, the investor is least interested in returns, the incharge guys take a raid on customers.

Clean and tidy rooms and toilet. Worth for money, very reasonable price, great room service and friendly staffs. Both a/c and non a/c rooms are available. Highly recommended.
