Bedsheets are very old with shred marks everywhere, Also rooms and not that clean. And staff's behavior also felt very bad. So left here

The management is worst. I already booked the AC room a week back and today when check-in they say that we allocated the room other to person and after long conversation they gave a non-ac room. And the receiptionist behaviour is rude when asking for the room. This is so worst. Please don't book the room(s) here. You will not get a proper facility.

I dont like the receptionist behavior.. because there are lot of mosquitoes in the room, so i offers him to provide a allout. But he simply time passed & didn't gave me a allout. I payed daily 800/- for more than 10days. But the rooms are very good.

Service is not good also rooms are very hot can't sleep there

Hotel was neat and clean. New and very close to erode junction. But what made me to give 3 star. The behaviour of the manager (Sridhar). When I complained about the uncleaned water. He is not ready to hear the problem. Simply said that hot water will be available until 10AM alone. But they never mentioned the timing anywhere before booking the room. The worst part is When I asked why this was not mentioned before. His reply was you can cancel the room and can vacate the hotel. Is this the way you behave with the guests.? Then another staff came and ready to provide the hot water with emergency heater. Everyone have their own problems and tensions its not a professional way to show it on their clients. Other than the manager behaviour hotel is with in budget. Neat and clean.

Very bad service Suite room for 1600 / day is very costly but not quality. Dirty windows screen, Cable tv is not subscribing, Without battery tv remote, Without elevator building, Without hot water, etc etc

Worst service by the hotel, no room boy service, no water, not clearly maintained restroom facilities

Service is poor. Only advantage you had is near to railway station, commute is very easy you have share auto and buses. You also have good restaurants near by like saravana bhavan, junior kuppana and many small small shops around hotel. Also have 3 threaters around it. Only problem is AC won't give much cooling effect, you won't get any compliments like soap, towel, oil etc each and every thing you need to go to reception and ask them two or three times than only they give. Even TV remote control won't work, no hot water. They have drinking can water near the steps.
