Extremely Disappointed - Worst Experience Ever I recently had a terrible experience at this hotel during a program with 13 participants. From the start, the reception staff, particularly Naveen, was incredibly rude and adamant. Despite numerous requests, he refused to connect me with the manager, making it impossible to resolve the issues. The hotel failed to deliver on their promises. The food was absolutely substandard--poor in taste, delayed excessively, and completely ruined the experience for my guests. Some of them had to leave after waiting for hours without even eating. The staff seemed more focused on collecting the bill rather than serving customers or addressing concerns. Their lack of professionalism and hospitality was appalling. This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a hotel. I strongly recommend avoiding this place if you're looking for decent service and respect as a customer.

Extremely Disappointing Stay I recently stayed at grand pkp ], and it was an utterly terrible experience. The air conditioning and TV in my room didn't work. The room was filthy, and the toilet flush was broken. To make matters worse, there was no hot water or functional shower. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay.

Washrooms so worse shower not working even flush tanks too. They are providing tored towels room keys not working Worse and worse charging higher rates but not getting such service and manager is so rash when we asked the questions.

I personally along with my family had a great time there, the rooms were good, the food could have been better and the location isn't really the best but it serves the purpose of your stay. The staffs were kind and responded quickly to our door. It's good overall.

Rooms are not clean! Many mechanical issues! Treat like a begger for complimentary breakfast! 100%not worthy for money

Here's a review you could use: We had a very disappointing experience at PKP Grand Hotel in Dharmapuri. The overall cleanliness was poor, and the linens were in bad condition. The bathrooms were not well-maintained, adding to our discomfort. The lack of cleanliness even led us to avoid the complimentary breakfast. Additionally, the staff service was subpar. We had to make multiple follow-ups before receiving any assistance, which was frustrating. This stay did not meet our expectations, and we left feeling very unsatisfied.

One of tje worst place i ever stayed, i booked for for two days 1st they gave 212 and AC was not working, shower not working, poor power supply, after they have changed to 312 there flush is not working, i have informed manager naveen he said 10 min will make it clear but they haven't done anything so one of the hotel partner has changed the room 106 There broken wall, morning complimentary don't think it's complimentary They will give only idly, pongal vada thats it .. and i have paid for superior room and 2nd time they gave single room they didn't return money too .

Booked 3 rooms week in advance and had verbal confirmation on day of arrival. But the hotel cross booked the rooms to multiple people and refused rooms upon arrival.left standing in road at middle of the night. Had to park on road.Refused to provide the available room for agreed tariff. Poor attitude at reception.Terrible experience....0/10.... would not recommend to anyone.
