worst servants behaviour, I'm totally disappointed with room servants behaviour. particularly aged servants only appointed on residence.. aged servants like be rude and ruthless..pls don't suggest for family and aged peoples .. worst residency in Cuddalore

Hi, We booked Hotel Vijaisurya (Cuddalore) for 30th Dec and 31st Dec. Upon reaching hotel on 30th Dec they first told that there is no booking. Upon debating, they told that at the price the that I booked they will not provide the Deluxe double and asked me to pay extra amount for that or asked me to take a lower quality standard room. The standard room was so dirty that we could not stay there at all and it was almost sleepless night. We went for dinner and after returning the room lock did not open. We waited for more than 1 hr outside and finally the owner came to use a different key to open the door. To my understanding someone tried to open the door in our absence with an intention to steal the goods. In the night someone making noise on the floor and it appeared that some drunken staff was loitering around the room. This frightened us and we decided to vacate the hotel next day itself despite of booking for 2 days. The room was full of spider webs, mosquitos, dirt and dust. Even the TV was not working at all. Can you please refund me the amount for two reasons:||1) Lower category of room provided||2) Due to above reasons we had to vacate the room within one day||||I would recommend to delist this hotel from your website else it will turn out to be reputational and goodwill issue for Agoda itself.

Actually i went for engagement function in vedha hall. There is no parking facility for that. Lift works well. In that hall, lighting is not properly maintained and so very so dull lighting is there. Washroom is cleanly maintained. Balcony also looks good. But not cleanly maintaining. AC is also working normally.

Like other OYOs they also ask some more terrifs than portrayed at OYO app at the time of check in, Rooms were Good but linen was dabbled and room service was poor food was not available at hotel no dentle kit was provided. They had some issue with online payment so I had to pay in cash

The hotel was very old and all the rooms were very poorly maintained. Parking spaces are very limited, Bathroom and toilet maintenance is very poor and looking old condition. This hotal is not fames in this place

Booked through Oyo 2rooms(4 guests)we went late night to hotel after going receptionist was saying we won't accept Oyo as tarif is less. If you want talk to Oyo and solve your problem.It started raining heavily, he was saying if you pay extra money I will provide. After a long talk and discussion he agreed to give one where we adjusted as we don't have any other option and no power till morning till 4am. It was like a hell night

Beautiful building, only walls, very poor maintenance, dirty rooms, dirty Washroom. Don't ever go with family. Despite of giving key and asking many times for cleaning they didn't clean it. Bathroom drainage gets chocked the moment you take bath...

Very poor maintained hotel rooms. Don't believe the reviews. Worst ... wasted my money... Don't even think to book this hotel. Dirty towel, unwashed bed sheet and pillow covers...if you ask anything in intercom they won't respond. You will get your worst experience.
