TGI SPS GRAND, COIMBATORE

We stayed here for a holiday, but the experience was highly disappointing. The room was smelly, the linens were dirty and not properly washed, insects were crawling around, making it very unhygienic. The TV and remote were either not working or in bad condition. The bathroom was the only aspect that was somewhat acceptable. The service was poor. Despite several issues with the room, the reception staff showed no concern for guests' comfort. We had a reasonable excuse for checking out 1 Hour late but they rudely demanded extra money without addressing our complaints. Their behavior made it clear that they were only interested in money, not in providing good service. The lack of care and concern from the staff created a hectic and unpleasant situation for us. On a festive day, one would expect at least a little empathy, but unfortunately, that was not the case. The only positive - The location is convenient, with Gandhipuram Bus Stand within walking distance and plenty of restaurants nearby. You may want to think carefully before staying at this hotel!. This is just my honest account of our stay.

Horrible experience with the hotel, stayed 3nights and every time need to beg them for hot water in wash room. Recption is least bothered about customer feedback. Would request official travellers not to choose this hotel by any chance except no other option. All the days i need to call reception for hot water in wash room and water comes after 30min. They are reluctant to change the room. About restaurant even such pathetic performance will not play by people who run the lodges and service apartments. Donot want to extend more of my. Comments about this hotel.

Few Staffs are very bad, especially counter reception Staffs, their behavior is very rude. When I complain regarding non working AC, they said to vacant room at 10.30pm ,late night. Totally i had bad experience with tgi coimbatore hotel.

SPS was recommended to me by one of the colleague and they mentioned you have to ask them for good room. I don't think how it works. Food is severally bad | Buffet was also dried in morning. Ordered in room dining - Phulka + Paneer Burji same was recommended by that person. Worse again. It was like not at all paneer Burji. Only one thing was fine - location is easy for travel. Location - 4/5 Food - 2/5 Room -3/5 Overall - Not a worth for money.

This is a 3 star hotel near Gandhipuram bus stand in Ram nagar area rooms are neat. We have to ask for dental kit and bathing soaps for several times. Bathrooms floors are slippery. Elders should be more careful. A multy cuisine restaurant is available. Car parking is congested. There is no ceiling fans in the rooms.

Their behaviour is too bad their staff won't behave well and Manikantan who speaks very rudely every time and rooms r smelling nd washrooms r too small they won't clean the bed sheets properly

Room is well designed and clean . homely food taste and quality. Staff is very good super helpful
