Hotel The Fortune

Worst place and service I have ever attended. Room is so small for higher cost. Room service not done. Only one water bottle given per day to a family of three. No restaurant attached but mentioned. No way to even have tea or coffee in the room (no sugar/coffee packets). Billing not done properly and on time. When asked they said server issue. Towels and sheets were unclean. Total waste of money. One star - clean bathroom.

Hotel staffs behave in rude manner.. No proper cleaning of rooms even after complaint. No proper network in room and No proper wifi facility. Even after complaint, they response in sarcastic way. Hotel have got the money but they have not given the receipt for the payment. They said will whatsapp but still they haven't done..

Everything Ok . Service Good.. Good Staff but Arrange RO water both hot and cold for drinking.. In room Kettle not available.. Because in the winter season we need hot water for both drinking and bathing .. And then arrange breakfast complementary to customers.... At least Tea or Coffee..

I had a wonderful experience during my stay, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Devraj and his team. They truly made a difference and allowed me to feel welcome and cared for throughout my time there.

I visited with my family, in near room 6-7 people are drinking, doors are open , not a good place for family, I scared whole night. Secondly they included breakfast but there in no restaurant in hotel , tie up with local canteen near by hotel , food quality is not good and breakfast very limited options Even

Had a pleasant stay. Staffs were very helpful. Rooms were so clean!

Good location & covered car parking, room not up to the mark for what they charged, also less hygiene. Not happy with the stay.

Excellent location and property, the staffs are cooperative and competent and ready to lend a hand. We had a nice stay and hope to come back again.
